Bpd is highly treatable however the resources required to be able to receive this treatment are not, you have to be able to:
1. Afford dbt
2. Met a therapist licensed in dbt
3. Have a support system that encourages you to commit
This is also not to mention the other -
saw someone say bpd is highly treatable. tell that to every therapist that has told me not to bring that up in sessions. tell that to the two therapists who straight up refused to treat me after seeing the diagnosis. y'all are woefully ignorant about how bpd patients are treated.

I've worked for multiple suicide and crisis hotlines and this has been true at all of them, including hotlines meant specifically for kids.
I work for a suicide hotline. All my female co-workers constantly complain about men who claim to be "depressed" or "suicidal" but really just call up to jerk off on the phone.
