He is a Haitian illegal alien who first entered the U.S. via the Biden era CBP One cell phone app at the San Ysidro port of entry in California on 3/29/2024. An immigration judge issued him a final deportation order on 1/20/2025 and he has an active bench warrant out of Franklin County, OH.
