its an exe game that wants to take itself seriously for once, has proven to do so already, and does not want ways to ruin its immersion (although their example for it is bad ngl)
⚠️REGARDING ACCESSIBILITY OPTIONS⚠️
Unfortunately, Divergence will not be safe for those with heart problems / epilepsy / notable motion sickness. The reasons include:
- Fluctuating POV
- View Bobbing
- Dynamic Camera Perspective
- Jumpscares
- Loud Sounds
- Lots of Violence
- Flashing Colors
...& more.
TLDR: Artorius has a vision for this game that he wants to see through, and if there were to be accessibility options added, it would only provide an unfair advantage and skimp out on what he wants ingame.
He experimented with thes options thoroughly, but unfortunately was not able to create them without accidentally poking a million other holes.
There will be a big warning at the beginning of the game that shows all dangers to people with these conditions.

I dont know how people managed to misinterpret this, but no I am not justifying the doxxing & harassment that had came from these situations. That was not my point.
I'm saying how the unprofessional management we had would not have changed if it werent for the drama.
honestly with how imbalanced om management was before all the drama, I would confidently say that 0.3 wouldnt even exist until like mid next year LMAO
all of the january drama was a canon event 😭 I feel it rlly needed to happen in some form for the games sake & the teams sake.
