Everyone learns AI. Nobody sells it. I do.

The Execution Squad 10 Commandments. 1. EXECUTION Kill your anxious ego. Only what you executed counts. What happens in your head is nothing. Preparation is nothing. Everyone has ideas. The market never pays for a plan. It pays for what you shipped. Before you say it can't be done, answer one question: have you even tried it? 2. WIN We were born to win. Not to take part. Not to try hard and feel good about it. The score is money in the bank. Not likes, not compliments, not effort. Nothing else counts. Winners don't wait to feel like winners. They act like one first, and the feeling catches up. 3. THE WINNER MINDSET Copy what already wins. Ship it. Measure it. Improve it. Repeat. There is no failure here. Only the next rep. If you're not failing, you're not pushing hard enough. A loser asks, "What if it fails?" A winner asks, "How fast can I run it again?" What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. The pain is what builds you. 4. ONE THING One client profile. One business. Until it pays. Be a needle, not a hammer. All your force on one point is what breaks through. Two things at once is zero things done. Then keep going until you own the whole market. The job's not finished. 5. PAINKILLERS Sell what people are already bleeding from. Nobody pays for a vitamin. They pay to make the pain stop, today. If the buyer won't feel it this month, it's a vitamin. Walk away. The pain is already there. You don't create it. You find it, and you sell the fix. 6. DELETE FIRST Question every step. Delete it. Simplify what's left. Speed it up. Automate it last. The best part is no part. The best step is no step. Most people polish what should not exist. Cut it before you touch it. If you never have to add anything back, you didn't delete enough. 7. HIGH STANDARD A goal you negotiate with is a wish. Set the bar high and never drop below it. Your standard is the lowest version of you that you will accept. Raise it. No days off from the standard. Holidays included. Compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Never to anyone else. 8. HUSTLE Do the thing you're avoiding most. First. 12 hours a day, every day. The work nobody sees. Volume beats luck. Rest at the end, not in the middle. Know your why, and you can take any how. 9. LOYALTY Your word is law. Say it, then do it, no matter what it costs you. Loyal to your word, loyal to your squad, loyal to your clients. Tell the truth, even when it loses you the sale. Real proof, real numbers. The day you fake one result, you're finished. 10. SPEED Speed is everything. Got a 10-year plan? Ask how you'd get it done in 6 months. That one question changes the size of everything. You cut what's slow, you find the shortcut, and you move faster than anyone in your market. Even if you miss, 6 months at that speed takes you further than 10 years at the normal one.

Opus 5.5 just built me a camera lens in 3D. 1 prompt in Claude Code, about 15 minutes. It's cut open down the side, so you watch red, green and blue light bend through the glass and meet on the sensor while the aperture blades open and close. 1 button pulls all 15 parts apart with their names on them. Hover any part and it tells you what it does. I'm giving away the exact prompt. Steal it ↓ Build me a camera lens in interactive 3D, in one HTML file with Three.js. Make it look real: a big black pro zoom lens with its glass front, the rubber focus and zoom rings, the red stripe and the white numbers, and inside it the parts you never get to see. The stack of glass elements in their groups, the aperture blades that open and close, the focus motor, the image stabilizer, the zoom cams, and the gold contacts on the mount. Cut it open down the side so I can see the glass inside, with light passing through it as colored beams that bend and meet on the camera sensor behind it. The aperture blades open and close slowly. I can drag to orbit around it and scroll to zoom. Add an Explode button. When I press it, every part slides apart along the lens with its name on a label. Press it again and it all snaps back together. When I hover a part, it lights up and shows one line on what it does. No images. Do not ask me any questions. Just build it.
