Still processing the depth of conversations this week at Leaders. It was a privilege to share space with some of the sharpest minds in sport, people asking not just what AI is, but what it means for the future of our industry.
What’s clear is this: we are incredibly early. There’s curiosity, hesitation, and a hunger to understand. That’s where the work begins.
My role and purpose is becoming clearer: to help shape, translate, and support the shift that’s coming. Not with theory, but with action.
We need to meet it with open minds, courage, and a willingness to rethink everything we thought we knew.
This moment matters.
