I’m extremely excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Oklahoma Wesleyan University!
First and foremost, I want to thank God for giving me the strength, guidance, and passion to pursue my dreams.
Next, I want to thank my parents, Chad and Rachel, my brother, Shane, and my grandparents, Mamaw and Pepish, for always believing in me and spending countless hours traveling the roads to help me chase this dream. I truly could not have done any of this without you.
A huge thank you to my Hustle coaches, Coach Tim Ramon, Coach Bubba Mosley, and Coach Rob Lagow, for always pushing me to become a better player and person, and for challenging me to be the best I can be.
A very special thank you to my dad, who has been by my side every step of my softball journey. The countless hours on the field, the road trips, the late-night dinners, and the “lessons” are memories I’ll cherish forever. Those moments have helped shape me into the leader I am both on and off the field. I know I’m prepared for college softball, and for life, because of you.
Thank you to my pitching coach, Coach Haley Meinen, for everything you’ve done for me. Thank you for being an incredible mentor, always believing in me, and constantly pushing me to be my best.
To all of my teammates over the years, thank you for every practice, every game, every laugh, and every memory. Thank you for always having my back, celebrating the highs with me, and picking me up through the lows. I wouldn’t be where I am today without each and every one of you, and I’ll always be thankful for the friendships and memories we’ve made.
Thank you to all of my amazing coaches throughout the years, especially Coach Jason Marazzito, Coach Kayleigh Rankins, Coach Tommy Shilling, Coach Amber Havens, Coach Sharon Brock, Coach Bob Brock, Coach Toby Notter, Coach Ashlie Odle, Coach Emily Gehovak, Coach Rich Vela, Rusty and Ally White, and Amanda Scarborough. Thank you for believing in me, helping me grow both on and off the field, and always supporting me. Each of you has played a role in shaping me into the player and person I am today, and I will always be grateful.
Finally, thank you to Coach Woods, Coach Abby, and Coach Justine for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. I am so thankful for your confidence in me, and I can’t wait to be a part of the Oklahoma Wesleyan family.
All glory to God. 💙💛🦅
