October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and across our offices in Ghana, Rwanda, and Germany, our teams are marking it with more than a post. Screenings. Health talks. Conversations that matter. The health of our people is not a once-a-year conversation at AmaliTech. It is part of the culture we are building. To everyone living with or beyond breast cancer, you are not forgotten this month or any other. #WorkwithAmaliTech #BreastCancerAwareness #PinkOctober

AmaliTech is at @BITsTechFair 2026 this Friday as an Employment Pathway Partner. The theme is The Future Is Now, and the questions on that stage are the ones every young person trying to break into tech is asking right now. How do you build credibility when AI is reshaping entry-level roles? Which skills are worth your time and money? What does a realistic six-month plan look like? Richard Botchway, our Head of Recruitment, takes the main stage to speak directly to those questions. 📅 Friday, 23rd October | 9AM to 3PM 📍 Ohene Konadu Auditorium, UPSA, Accra #WorkwithAmaliTech

AmaliTech hosted the Africa Business Forum in Cologne last week, together with Olaf Ziegs and Roland Ndaka Fru. Decision-makers and entrepreneurs from across Germany and the African continent gathered for conversations on technology, innovation, value chains, and finance. Our CEO, Martin Hecker, spoke on “The Bridge Builders: Connecting Germany and Africa Through People, Technology, and Innovation,” making the case that this partnership runs in both directions, and the organisations building it with intention today will shape what it looks like over the next decade. A special thank you to Meike Neitz for hosting. Curious about what that looks like in practice: amalitech.com/about-us/why-a… #WorkwithAmaliTech

Ghana has always had the talent. What AI has done is give Ghanaian founders the tools to turn that talent into businesses that can compete anywhere in the world. Our VP of Operations, Matthew Darkwa, brought that message to the @GYTS2026 Founders Mixer in Accra. Strong English, deep local insight, and the hunger to build are real advantages that Ghanaian founders carry. AI has given them the tools to match that foundation and compete on a global stage. At AmaliTech, that is what we prove every day delivering for global clients from Ghana and Rwanda. #WorkwithAmaliTech

Happy International Day of the Girl Child! This year’s theme: “End Child Marriage and Invest in Girls’ Rights.” As @UNICEF puts it: “Being a girl should never determine what you can do, where you can go or who you can become.” At AmaliTech, that is not just a quote we share today. It is the reason we run Coding for Kids, Girls in ICT sessions with CAMFED, AI fluency workshops, and girls-in-tech outreaches across Ghana. Every girl deserves the freedom to learn, to grow, and to define her own future. That is not a theme for one day. It is a commitment for every day. #WorkwithAmaliTech #InternationalDayOfTheGirlChild

Where should your team start with AI? Nachiket Apte, our Director of Software Engineering and AI, breaks down three 'low-hanging fruit' opportunities almost any company can act on right now, without a dedicated AI team or a multi-year roadmap. Strong teams are not built in meetings alone. They are built in the moments in between. Our AmaliTech Rwanda team recently held a retreat at Ma Campagne. Games, team challenges, and time to simply connect away from deadlines and deliverables. That connection does not stay at the retreat. It comes back to the office and shows in the work. At AmaliTech, investing in our people means more than training and career development. It means creating the conditions for a team that genuinely enjoys working together. #WorkwithAmaliTech

AmaliTech was at the Ghana Career and Migration Fair 2026 in Takoradi, organised by AHK Ghana under the theme "Empowering Youth Through Skills and Opportunity." The conversations at our booth stood out. Students came with specific, informed questions about pathways into tech and what AmaliTech offers. Several were already on Reach, our app for tertiary tech students in Ghana, which made those exchanges even more productive. That kind of readiness is exactly what a strong talent pipeline looks like in practice. #WorkwithAmaliTech
