PROGRAMMING NOTE: Got up this morning and learned my phone number was banned from iMessage. Went to Apple Store and they said it was happening to a lot of people. They gave me a number and the Apple rep told me they could not tell me why for my own security and privacy but that they would decide whether or not they could restore my number in 24 hours. I asked who could tell me what the issue was and he said there was no one. I told him the call was being recorded and he said that I had to stop the recording. He confirmed he was recording the call so I asked him to stop the recording. He said he could not. The system is broken.

MIDTERMS: On Election Day during the last midterm election, polling places in Democrat-controlled counties ran out of ballots and experienced widespread voting-machine failures. They assume the vast majority of Republicans vote on Election Day, and as a result, most of the shenanigans happen on that day. The answer is to get out and vote early - I voted yesterday. Don't wait until Election Day - go now.

The group calls on teachers to violate Texas law and push its trans agenda in violation of SB 12. The NGO may lawfully urge teachers to violate SB 12, but teachers who follow that advice violate it. TEXAS SENATE RACE: There are three races that I've identified to my Polymarket Squad that are badly mispriced and present a unique opportunity. The Democrats are favored by an average of 1-3 points in polling in Texas, Ohio, and Michigan. The polls have repeatedly undercounted GOP performance in these states by 5-6 points, giving each Republican an advantage. So, while Talarico is favored to win by 61% on Polymarket, I think the polling shows us Paxton is going to win. #BET
