🚨ANOTHER SECURITY BREACH AT A UK RAF BASE — HOW MANY WARNINGS DO WE NEED? ⚠️ Just days after the serious incident at RAF Fairford, another security breach has now been reported at RAF Molesworth in Cambridgeshire. Read that again. TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS. TWO MILITARY SITES. SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR NATIONAL SECURITY. 🚨 HERE ARE THE DETAILS: 📍 RAF MOLESWORTH — 7–8 OCTOBER 2026 🔴 At around 10pm on Wednesday 7 October, Ministry of Defence Police discovered an abandoned vehicle near the perimeter of the base. 🔴 Further searches uncovered a breach in the security fence. 🔴 At approximately 2am on Thursday 8 October, two men, aged 32 and 36, were found inside the base perimeter and arrested. 🔴 Both men are Latvian nationals living in the UK. 🔴 They were initially arrested on suspicion of trespass on a prohibited site and criminal damage. 🔴 They were subsequently arrested under Section 4 of the National Security Act 2023, relating to entering a prohibited place for a purpose prejudicial to the UK. 🔴 Counter Terrorism Policing is leading the investigation, and officers have searched two addresses in the Peterborough area. 🔴 The abandoned vehicle was examined by specialist officers, who found nothing of concern. ⚠️ WHY DOES THIS MATTER? RAF Molesworth isn’t just an ordinary airfield. It hosts important US and NATO intelligence facilities. And this comes after the separate investigation into suspected terrorist activity near RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire, where five men were arrested on 27 September, with further arrests following. That investigation raised major security concerns, and US bombers were subsequently withdrawn from Fairford amid reported threat concerns. Police have stressed that there is currently no evidence linking the Molesworth incident to the Fairford investigation. We must be clear about that. We must also remember that an arrest does not prove guilt. But these are serious incidents involving sensitive military sites, and the British public deserves clear answers.
