1/ Operational dashboards are good at averages. Airports often care about the exception. The one aircraft that entered the wrong stand. The one person who stopped moving. The one baggage position that suddenly backed up.

AI agents on one registry made 39x more transactions in three months. The number of agents grew only 3.4x. Concordium reports 3,828 registered agents as of Oct 20, up from 1,131 in July, and agent transactions up from 15,663 to 614,472. Six platforms now check the registry before dealing with an agent. The point isn't the count. Each agent is tied to a verified owner without putting personal data onchain, so a counterparty knows someone is accountable. The limit: the badge confirms ownership, not what the agent's code does. Before agents get credit lines or spending limits, someone has to answer "who stands behind this one?" Should that live in wallets, chains or payment networks?

11,275 ERC-20 contracts on Ethereum carry the ticker USDT. One is Tether's. Another 2,467 carry USDC; one of those is Circle's. 199 new USDT contracts appeared in September alone. A ticker is not an identifier. #SonarX

An S-1 filing moved a crypto market within the hour. Per @KaikoData, trailing 24h volume on Anthropic's pre-IPO perps jumped 159% after the filing, with Binance up 233% to $35.2M. Price discovery for private companies is starting to happen onchain, before the IPO. What we're watching: whether bankers and issuers start reading these prices as a signal. Arche is an investor in Kaiko.
Pre-IPO perps continue to draw traders ahead of major listings. Within an hour of Anthropic publishing its S-1 today, trailing 24h volume on its pre-IPO perps jumped 159%. @binance led the move, with trailing 24h volume up 233% to $35.2M since 12:00 UTC and open interest up 6.8%.

Onchain lending vaults grew from $1.5B to $10B in deposits in two years. Now one of the Big Three rating agencies wants to grade them. S&P Global Ratings launched its Vault Risk Assessment on Oct 4. What it measures, and what allocators should notice ↓

Why it matters: many institutions can't allocate without a third-party risk opinion in the file. A familiar letter scale gives investment committees a common language for onchain credit. What we're watching: which curators ask to be graded first, and whether grades start to show up in vault yields. Would a grade change how you size a vault position?

Bank stablecoins now have a rulebook. Distribution is the harder part. • OCC's GENIUS Act rule takes effect Jan 18, 2027 • On Sept 30, ~73% of stablecoin transfer volume ran on TRON, 15% on Ethereum • USDT on TRON hit ~$92.7B in Q3 Which chain will the first bank token pick?

INVESTIGATION UPDATE 2 In our last update, we said we would share how many people had personal information exposed once we could confirm it. We can now share those numbers. Across our old WooCommerce store and our current Shopify store, records containing approximately 5,600 mailing addresses and 5,200 phone numbers, along with names and email addresses, were held in systems the attackers were able to reach. We cannot say for certain whether the attackers accessed all of these records, so we are treating all of them as potentially exposed. These records are a subset of our total customers. Why the data was still there: In our last update, we explained that copies of orders remained in old database tables after past migrations. We have since found that the 60-day redaction also did not cover every type of order, and that some customer details were stored in other parts of the store, such as abandoned carts and contact forms, that redaction never reached. Addresses not in our records: More than 5,000 of the email addresses that received phishing emails do not appear in our WooCommerce or Shopify customer records. Some match our support and hiring inboxes. Together with reports of details that were never shared with us, this makes us confident the attackers also used data from outside Foundation. We are still tracing where these addresses came from. What we are doing: Out of an abundance of caution, we are rotating all keys and secrets across our systems, including those we have no evidence were accessed. We are keeping a single copy of the legacy WooCommerce data offline as evidence for the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, that data will be permanently deleted. We have found no evidence that this incident compromised Passport devices or the private keys they hold. Never enter your recovery phrase into a website or share it with anyone, including someone claiming to be Foundation. We will continue sharing confirmed findings and publish our full report when the investigation is complete.

UPDATE: Over $1.8 million of crypto tied to this weekend's attack on X100 was sent into a mixing service a few hours ago.
HOW TODAY's X100 ATTACK WENT DOWN: Attackers deployed contracts that captured protocol Senate seats, gained voting majority, and forced the Freezer treasury to dump into an attacker-controlled pool. Approximately $4.7M in stablecoins were extracted across three exploit transactions, plus ~560K in X tokens that remain unsold at attacker addresses. The stablecoins were swapped for ETH and split across four wallets, each holding 400 ETH. Follow-on attackers also extracted value from the protocol. We're monitoring the funds as they move across the blockchain
