The AI Workforce for Enterprise IT and Security Operations. Atomicwork is the AI-native ITSM and ESM, run by AI Coworkers and governed by your team.

United States
Today, we're launching the Atomicwork AI Workforce, and we believe this is one of the most significant shifts in how enterprises get work done. For the past decade, organisations have been building AI into their workflows. But the unit of operation that enterprises are actually built on has never been a task or a workflow. It's always been a person. Someone who owns a role, shows up with context, asks for help when they need it, and gets better over time. Every dimension your organisation already uses to manage people applies to the Atomicwork AI Workforce. Identity, job role, access, budget, performance. An AI coworker has a name, a defined scope, a human manager, and the tools to see work through from start to finish. The operating model is the same one your organisation has run on for decades. What's changed is that the technology to make this real has finally arrived, and for the first time, all the pieces are ready at the same time and they compose. We're not asking teams to rethink how they work. We're giving them a workforce that works the way they already do. Read more about what this means for your organisation Welcome to the #AtomicworkForce! @amnigos @kirandarisi @parsurv @AparnaChugh @rwmesh @leningali

#FUSION26 recap | @vkhosla placed his bet on AI in 2018, years before anyone else agreed with him. A few lines from his FUSION’26 fireside that stopped the room: - The biggest risk in a rapidly changing world is taking no risk at all. - It’s entirely possible to quadruple revenue per employee by 2030, if you stop building AI tools for workers and start building AI workers. - His advice to the next generation: stop specializing, learn how to learn. All of it traces back to a bet he made in 2018, writing OpenAI’s first $50M check when nobody else would. Watch the full session →fusion.atomicwork.com

Passing a compliance audit doesn’t make you secure. I repeat: compliance is not security. Security is the work you do every day, long after the auditors leave. And it’s more work in the AI era. Nobody is safe!
The response of eMudhra is so full of shit, it needs to be called out. 🧵

Good advice but IT’s time to deploy Agentic Cyber Defense. We cannot be scrambling because this will get 10x to 100x worse. Don’t just upgrade and update software packages, it’s time for every business to upgrade their service workforce with AI Coworkers.
Lots of Security incidents today, here's some practical tips for those who just wanna protect yourself: 1) UPDATE EVERYTHING - main targets are: a) Browsers - Chrome, Safari, Firefox b) OS: : Settings -> General -> software update; Linux: sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade; Windows: I think there's a button. Do this for any remote home servers & Openclaw/hermes boxes c) Phones: Update it all d) Desktop apps (Slack, Cursor, Discord, etc) 2) Limit web browsing this week: Stay within walled gardens (twitter, youtube, etc); don't click random links this week. Just wait until the patches go through. Do step 1 again after a week. 3) Avoid untrusted Wifi networks until your devices are updated 4) Stay vigilant about phishing emails offering "certificate fixes" or fraud updates 5) Have an iPhone 11-16? TURN BLUETOOTH OFF for the time being until apple patches come through. 6) Code/Dev: UPDATE ALL YOUR REPOS - @charliermarsh has already updated uv 0.13.4 which reacts to the eMudra incident for uv (Python), Typesript according to Claude has equivelant. Tell your agents to go and update all your active repos to update package manager across uv, npm, bun, cargo, etc etc What advice did I miss?

We’re heading to Barcelona. 🇪🇸 Atomicwork will be at Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo™, 9–12 November, Booth 603. More than 6,500 CIOs and IT leaders will be there, and agentic AI is one of the main topics on the agenda. We’ll be showing how AI Coworkers handle real service management work: resolving requests, running workflows and helping IT teams scale without adding headcount. Come by Booth 603 for a live demo, or message us to book time with the team before the floor gets busy. See you at the International Barcelona Convention Center.

If you're at Gartner IT Symposium, here's one question to ask analysts and vendors about enterprise AI: who does the work? I see three AI approaches in the marketplace today : 1. Bolted-on AI. Add AI to software people already use. Think Salesforce, SAP and ServiceNow adding AI to their existing platforms. 2. Built-in AI. Build software around AI from day one. Think of the new generation of AI-native CRM, ERP and ITSM companies. 3. Hired AI Coworker. Give AI a job, the tools to do it and clear boundaries. These approaches seem like there is an overlap. But the distinction matters: are you buying AI features, AI-native software or AI Coworkers that get work done? That third approach is what we’re building at Atomicwork. AI Coworkers running enterprise IT and security operations, governed by your IT team. At Atomicwork Fusion'26, I spoke about why CIOs and CXOs should make "who does the work?" central to how they evaluate vendors. The real test comes after the demo: how much work still comes back to your team? #GartnerSYM #CIO #AI #IT #CIOChat

Your new hire’s first week shouldn’t feel like navigating a haunted house. Meet the Portal Spider — the reason they’re still waiting on access by day three. Meet the Onboarding Manager — the reason the web never gets built in the first place. 🕷️👾

Two weeks on from FUSION'26 and I'm still buzzing. CIOs aren't asking whether AI can do the work anymore. They want agents that are accurate, compliant and autonomous enough to take whole jobs off their teams' plates. That's exactly what we're building, and the productivity gains are getting real 🚀
FUSION’26 is officially in the books 💜 The theme of this year was simply this: what does it actually look like when AI stops assisting the enterprise and starts working inside it? Thank you to every speaker who got on that stage and answered honestly instead of safely, and to every CIO, founder, and builder who gave us a day to figure this out together. Grateful to every single attendee who made this edition what it was with your energy. We'll see you at FUSION'27, and we promise to make it bigger and better🚀

This is the way for delivering Enterprise Knowledge Work. At @atomicworkhq, we had spent quite a bit of time in 2023 and 2024 on domain specificity without mode collapse. Now, it looks like Open Super Intelligence is here for the Enterprises and Knowledge Work. Both GLM-Legal and Ultramarine show the art of possible. We are so back! Congrats @bertgodel and team 👏🔥
We are releasing Ultramarine 1 Flash, a frontier-class model built for knowledge work. It is open-source and achieves similar performance to Fable 5, while being 60x cheaper. It was post-trained by a team of 5 for ~$300k all-in. Available on API now, with weights releasing in 2 weeks.

Your AI Coworker is there at 12:25 PM on a Tuesday when someone’s presenting at the All Hands and just needs answers, without waiting for the right person to be available. Whenever you need it, wherever you reach out from, it shows up and handles it.
