Been testing
@avoidaiwriting recently and I think more people who write online should know about it.
I’ve noticed a lot of posts these days sound like they came from the same prompt. You read one thread, then another, and the writing style feels identical. Same flow, same phrases, same ending. It gets easy to tell when something was pushed out by AI without any personal touch.
What caught my attention with
@avoidaiwriting is how simple the idea is. Instead of giving you more AI-generated text, it helps clean up AI drafts so they sound closer to how you would normally write.
It picks up on things like:
repetitive sentence patterns
stiff wording
generic transitions
unnatural “perfect” phrasing
posts that feel like they were copied straight from a chatbot
I think this matters a lot if you post often on X, especially if you write threads, community updates, or content around tech and web3. People follow accounts because of the person behind the words. Once every post starts sounding machine-made, people lose interest fast.
I found the founder too,
@ConorBronsdon, and his X post gives a better idea of what they’re building👍
They also have a Telegram community here if you want to check what they’re building with users: Avoid AI Writing Telegram -

If you already use AI to draft content but still want your posts to sound like your own voice, Avoid AI Writing looks worth trying.
