we've spent the last few days simplifying things behind the scenes at LunaNine, removing unnecessary code from the site builder it's easy to assume a better product means more features, more options, more things users can do but a big part of building software is knowing what to remove, especially when you're building for people who didn't sign up to become software experts they just want to get their website up, change it when their business changes, and get on with running the business the goal is simple: you shouldn't need to understand code to run your website.

Web3 projects don’t always have a visibility problem. Sometimes, they have a community that doesn’t understand the product, an audience that doesn’t participate, or growth that doesn’t translate into real interest. That’s where I come in. 🧵👇

We're acquiring more customers after releasing a stable beta build last week. We anticipate between @BuildWithAJ , @benvspak and @techie_vic that a combination of direct sales, (10 cold contacts - calls & targeted emails per person per day) and marketing (larger leverage bet) we'll conservatively net about 1 new customer per week. We hypothesize, this is the clearist route to a profitable business. We're exploring product market fit, with variety of niches. The core product is being iterated on by either Alicia, or myself on a near daily basis - weekends often included. I think .. many people are used to the standard crypto pump. Either they get a quick return, or they divest. This is meant to be held as a long term asset. So, we still have very large holders with conviction on this long term play. We're aiming for a 2050 time horizon where we focus on Techno-optimism and democritization of AI for the every person.

My neighbor rages at video games at 3:30 in the morning. I woke up and am shipping UX patches for @luna9xoff. We are not the same.

I'll be frank. And I think this might be a hard pill to swallow. But I'm fucking hungry! I want to help myself, my family, my team and every entrepreneur struggling. The only way to do that is with more money, more influence and more importantly, impact. It's become daunghting to fight against the having humility and having success. So, fuck humility! Luna9 is a product I use on a daily basis, and I stand behind it so much so, we have a money back guarantee. It's become too daughting to worry about work life balance. I'm working long days, and loving it, why should I feel ashamed? Workoholic? Yes. But, I'm already had the privilege of traveling most of these fine United States. I've met people from all walks of life, and sowed my wild oats. Now, I'm resigned to work. Now, I'm privileged to be in a place where I can work for myself and support others while doing it. I am living my dream. But, there is much more work to be done to turn my ambition into reality. So I'm asking you, as a friend, follower, supporter, please find the most talentend people you know and tag them in this post. No time to be humble; show off who you're proud to be connected to. Let's network our asses off in the comments below 👇 I'll go first: @BuildWithAJ - Extreamly talented, flexible, well rounded engineer and co-founder that puts up with my insane deadlines and notions. @techie_vic - Quick to learn on the job and improves every process she comes in contact with. @devbyak - Very enthusiastic and talent developer I haven't worked with much yet, but hope to soon. @JustinRFrench - A wise, niche maxxxing and renvue minded master of marketing. @Riley_Ikni - A talented started up advisor, who got frustrated with my pivots, but still supports. @Scobleizer - only had the privilege to chat with him once, but it was a great exploratory convo on the future of tech, AR, and where health is headed.

It cannot be over-iterated that not every business owner wants to become a part-time software project manager Especially when you’re running a traditional business, you have enough to think about already and sometimes, you know what needs to change in your business. you just don’t want to spend hours figuring out how to build the software to make it happen and you don’t have to that’s where Luna9 comes in. A voice-first software that builds, deploys, and maintains software around your business workflows.
