Status Update: Unfortunately we're still in maintenance mode, waiting for gift card providers. We will be rolling out mandatory updates to our mobile apps and infrastructure tomorrow as part of our final cybersecurity hardening and attack mitigation work.
It's been another busy week! The team has been hard at work and been hands on assisting giftcard ecosystem partners with securing their systems to ensure they are operational and secure. Depending on how security reviews and QA go we're hoping to be back online soon.

Status update: there is an industry wide cybersecurity event going on across the gift card industry. Our systems are secure. We are waiting for partners to verify theirs are as well. We are sorry to our customers for the down time. We know this has affected @bitrefill and others.
Off the back of this, multiple upstream global gift card provider partners have been hit by cyberscurity events. We have done a deep forensics look into all of our infrastructure and no intrusions were detected. We are taking this down time to perform planned updates.
