The clarity act is only for them to try and gain more power 👇
Yesterday, hackers stole more than $6 billion from Binance in less than 4 hours, the biggest heist in history. The Clarity Act would have given crypto firms legal cover to freeze suspicious transactions the instant law enforcement calls. Every minute lost is money gone for good.

Polymarket hacked days before the US election. Binance drained of $6 billion the same night. Google's worst day ever, almost half a trillion dollars wiped out. Everything is getting hacked. Unless your coins are in your cold wallet, someone else is in control. New video 👇

TETHER CAN DELETE YOUR BALANCE. IT'S WRITTEN INTO THE CODE. Not freeze it. Delete it. The USDT contract has a function called destroyBlackFunds. It has been there since the 2017 Ethereum deployment. Here is what it does, in order. It checks that your address is already blacklisted. It reads your balance into a variable the developers named "dirtyFunds". It sets your balance to zero. It subtracts that amount from total supply. Then it logs the event. No function can reverse it. Once it runs, that balance is gone forever. The blacklist function names the address it targets "_evilUser". That is how the code sees you before anyone has proven anything. Only Tether's owner multisig can call it, on Ethereum and on Tron. A court can't. A regulator can't. When a government wants your money, Tether is the one that executes. Then comes step two. Tether mints the same amount fresh to whoever it chooses: a victim, a court address, a government address. Net supply change is zero. Your money just changed owners. The DOJ described this exact process in a forfeiture case filed in Massachusetts in March 2025, over roughly $9,016,612 in USDT. Burn, then reissue. USDC can block a wallet but can't burn the balance. Tether built the eraser in from the start. They keep promising you there will be no CBDC. It already exists. It runs on Tron and Ethereum, and it has an owner. Bitcoin doesn't. Exit with Bitcoin.

If you bought ANY hardware wallet via a 3rd party replace it RIGHT NOW
CryptoBilis update We've been made aware, through responsible disclosure, of a single hardware implant in a Trezor Safe 5 device bought from the reseller CryptoBilis in August 2026. No CryptoBilis buyer has reported a loss of funds to us. IMPORTANT: If you bought a Trezor from CryptoBilis from March 2026 onwards, we know this is unsettling. Here’s what to do: Already using it? Move your funds to a newly created wallet with a new seed as soon as possible. Do not reuse the old seed in any wallet, hardware or software. If you don’t have another secure hardware wallet available, we recommend temporarily migrating your funds to a software wallet or an exchange you are familiar with. Not set up yet? Don’t set it up, and never enter your existing wallet backup on it. We haven’t received the device to confirm this report, but based on the customer’s description, we’re treating it as credible and sharing it now so customers who purchased a Trezor via CryptoBilis can secure their funds as a precaution. Our security team will examine the device as soon as it arrives. On October 9, 2026, we removed CryptoBilis as a reseller following reports of tampered Ledger devices sold through it. Since then, we have been inspecting Trezor devices that customers bought from CryptoBilis and have found no signs of tampering on any of the four devices we’ve received so far. NEVER share your wallet backup (recovery phrase) with anyone. Trezor Support will never ask for it. If you are affected by this incident, please keep your CryptoBilis device and contact Support to receive a new Trezor hardware wallet: trezor.io/support#open-chat We're investigating and will post updates here as soon as we know more. Thank you to the customer who reported this through our responsible disclosure program, and to @SEAL_911 for working alongside our teams on the response. Reports and engagement like this help us protect everyone else. For more information, visit our blog: trezor.io/blog/news/implant-…

Did one engineer really have access to $6 billion in customer funds? 🤔
Binance's initial investigation suggests that the security incident may involve a compromised DevOps engineer’s laptop, which allowed an attacker to gain access to a service container and submit unauthorized withdrawal transactions. We have found no evidence of any wallet private key leak. We will share a detailed technical post-mortem once the investigation is complete and the facts are fully verified. The estimated total impact sits at around $6.3B. We have worked with blockchain partners to freeze affected assets, with ~$3 billion frozen on-chain so far. Binance will cover all losses from the SAFU fund and the company’s funds. User funds are safe. We will also publish an updated Proof of Reserves once the remediation is complete. As an immediate precaution, Binance has: - temporarily suspended deposits and withdrawals while security checks are completed; - revoked the affected address authorisation; - engaged law enforcement and blockchain intelligence partners to trace and recover funds. Our teams are working around the clock to resolve this issue safely and thoroughly. We are working closely with our law enforcement partners to confirm the identity of these criminals and bring them to justice. Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. Please feel free to contact Binance Customer Support if you have any further questions. binance.com/en/support/annou…

If your coins are sitting on Binance right now, all you own is a promise. "User funds are safe" is what every exchange says. Until it isn't. Tether froze over $1.5B of the stolen USDT within about an hour. Remember that the next time someone calls stablecoins "your money". Expect fake "Binance security" emails, texts and DMs tonight. Don't click anything. Get your coins off exchanges.
BINANCE HOT WALLETS JUST GOT DRAINED. Here's what's on-chain so far. 20:24 UTC: Binance 14 sends 167,464 ETH ($382M), 1.6B USDT and 60+ other tokens to a fresh wallet. 20:38 UTC: 195,460 ETH ($447M) moved on to a second wallet. Still sitting there. 20:41 UTC: another 780M USDC from Binance Hot Wallet 34. Same wallet. The attacker's wallet was funded through Tornado Cash a day ago. It deployed contracts hours before the hit. It was still sweeping Binance 14 at 21:04. Etherscan has tagged it "Binance Hot Wallet Exploiter". CZ: "It does look like a hack on Binance." Binance itself: "aware of reports of a potential security issue." No confirmation yet. Nothing official on withdrawals. Tether says it froze more than 1.5B USDT. CZ says Circle froze ~$823M. Estimates of the total run from $2.8B to over $5B. Nobody has a confirmed number. The ETH can't be frozen. Expect phishing tonight. Binance will never DM you a link. Biggest exchange in the world. Not your keys. Not your coins.

🚨 Polymarket looks compromised Do NOT log in or sign anything on the site right now. Polymarket has put the exchange in cancel-only mode and paused relayer actions while it investigates. Users are reporting accounts drained through a malicious third-party script on the website. One user says $800K gone. Not confirmed by Polymarket yet. Close any open Polymarket tabs. Reject any signature you didn't expect. Second front-end attack on Polymarket this year.

Christine Lagarde is leaving the ECB early. She told the Governing Council today she'll step down on 7 February 2027. Her term was meant to run to October 2027. No official reason given. But look at the timing. France votes in April. Leave now and Macron and Merz pick her replacement before French voters get a say. Unelected central banker, chosen by politicians, timed so the next politicians can't touch it. This is the same Lagarde who said crypto is "worth nothing" and spent years pushing the digital euro. Whoever replaces her runs Europe's money for 8 years. You don't get a vote on that either. Your Bitcoin doesn't care who runs the ECB.

FED HOLDS. Rates stay at 3.75-4%. But the vote was 10-2. Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack both dissented. They wanted ANOTHER hike today. September was 12-0. The dissents were the story. What changed in the statement: Growth upgraded from "solid" to "strong". Inflation "remains elevated". Unchanged. In September they said the hike would "support a timelier return" to 2%. Today they want "more information" before the next move. Translation: they're waiting on data. December is live. Balance sheet: Still "ample reserves". Still rolling over every Treasury that matures. Still swapping mortgage bond payments into T-bills. Ready to buy more T-bills "when appropriate". Tightening with one hand. Keeping the plumbing liquid with the other. What it means: Two officials want higher rates. The Fed calls the economy "strong". Inflation won't come down. Every hike makes the government's debt more expensive to roll. Eventually they choose: fight inflation or fund the government. History says they pick the government. That's the Bitcoin trade.

YOUR PASSPORT IS SITTING IN MORE DATABASES THAN YOU THINK. HERE'S HOW TO FIND THEM AND SHRINK THE LIST. This week Coinbase said contact data for a "small subset" of its customers was exposed. Not through Coinbase. Through Amplitude, an analytics company it shares customer data with. Coinbase's line: "Coinbase has not had a data breach." That's the point. You don't have to be hacked to be leaked. Your data just has to be somewhere. May 2025: bribed Coinbase support staff handed over names, addresses and ID documents. 2020: Ledger's customer list leaked and 272,000 names, home addresses and phone numbers were dumped online. Those people are still getting phishing emails, and worse. Every KYC check is another copy of you. Here's how to cut the number of copies. 1. Find out where you are. Search your inbox for "verify your identity", "KYC" and "passport". Every hit is a company holding a file on you. Then put your email into haveibeenpwned.com to see which leaks you're already in. 2. Ask them what they have. In the UK and EU it's a free legal right. Email their privacy team: "Under Article 15 GDPR, send me a copy of all personal data you hold on me and the recipients you've shared it with." They have one month. The second half of that request is how you find the next Amplitude. In California, the CCPA gives you a right to know. 45 days. 3. Close what you don't use. Then ask for deletion. Withdraw everything, close the account, then send an erasure request. Here's what they won't tell you. Money laundering rules in the UK, EU and US make exchanges keep your ID and transaction records for five years after the relationship ends. Coinbase's own help page says regulated data "will not be deleted until such requirements have been met." So the clock only starts when you leave. Every dead account you leave open keeps your passport on file with no end date. 4. Tell them to stop sharing. Opt out of marketing, and object to your data being used for analytics. Analytics vendors are exactly where this week's leak happened. 5. Get off the people search sites. Data brokers sell your address and phone number to anyone who pays. Californians can now send one free deletion request to every registered broker at privacy.ca.gov/drop. Everyone else: search your name plus your town and opt out site by site. 6. Make what's already out there useless. A separate email for crypto, ideally an alias you can burn. A port out PIN or number lock with your mobile carrier, so nobody can SIM swap you. 2FA on an authenticator app or a hardware key. Never SMS. Hardware wallets delivered to a pickup point, not your front door. Never post what you hold. Never post where you live. 7. Treat every message as phishing. No exchange will call you to "secure your account". Nobody legitimate will ever ask for your seed phrase. They told you KYC was there to protect you. Then they handed it to a vendor. Coins in your own wallet don't come with a customer file. How many companies have a copy of your passport right now?

Every election is stolen. Just not from who you think. It's stolen from you. Every single time.
BREAKING: Trump on Brazilian elections: It looked terrible to me. It looked like another rigged election, frankly. I didn't take sides, but it was a terrible look.
