They offered Jordan Peele the role. He considered it. When he went back to negotiate, he was told they had just given it to Patrick Stewart. Being considered for poop is not what broke him. It was being told he wasn’t shit.
Reminder that when they offered the role of the poop emoji in the emoji movie to Jordan Peele, he took it as an insult and thought it was beneath him and it led to him quitting acting, so they were like "fine, we will offer it to Sir Patrick Stewart," and he gladly took the role and made jokes about how it was one of the most important roles of his career. RIP to a real one.
