I don’t think there will ever be a better time
Have kids now vs. later? The "later" argument: get your career to a certain place first, and you'll have more money and time for kids without sacrificing financial security or professional excellence. Nah. There's no escaping it: life is hard, and life with kids is harder. You don't have to want kids. But if you want kids, have them now, while your body is younger and you'll get more years with them. The crush is coming either way. Take it on when your capacity for overload and recovery is highest.

cyber sec is one of the hottest topics in 2026. AI agents now find and exploit bugs at machine speed (ask hugging face). so we need tools that find them first. even code "formally verified" by anthropic had bugs 👀
Today, we're launching @genproof: a research lab making formal methods accessible. We found bugs in 100+ OSS projects, including 6 libraries “formally verified” by Anthropic. We’re also top-1 on the lean-eval leaderboard. With our tools, you too can become a verifier: 🧵

my founder friend asked why i care so much about X is there any ROI? first, i don't expect instant ROI. i see X as a platform where i show my personality and myself as a professional, grow my audience and build social connections irl (because i try to meet up irl with people i vibe with online) second, there is. varg.ai gets 4-5 new subscriptions per day just from me enjoying posting here i think X is a special platform, you have to love it to succeed. i believe you can automate it too, but only if you don't care about your credibility irl. especially in sf (the tech bubble is so small here)
i doubled down on X in october 228k impressions (+863%), +366 followers, crossed 2k 🧡 what i did: - stayed online and jumped on trends fast (chronically online, cosign, wispr flow gtm, paid ads boom, sota wives podcast launch) - posted for occasions, but not solo: tagged big accounts (event hosts reposted me, corgi accounts engaged for my corgi girl costume) - built in public (collabs with heygen + krea, my own launches) best performing posts in the thread hello, november 👋 🦃

be careful: there are fake openai employees who can invite you to interviews with phishing links full story: on friday after my halloween post this account started following me on saturday they messaged me i asked grok to analyze how big the chances were that this account is fake (it said low) i double checked and asked my friend who works at the lab if this employee really works at the company (he said yes) then i asked them to send me the info from an official email this person ignored it and sent me a calendly invite with a domain that wasn't related this means they created/copied or hacked a real person's account my friend reported this to oai security as I know be careful, i also saw the same scheme from fake media reporter accounts all links should be sent from official corporate emails

ok so apparently people still want slop videos
the tasteful work still takes time and a human touch, and probably always will. Anthropic's opus 5.5 launch video took 12 people & 3 studios but for simpler videos like ai ugc, SEO videos or quick demos, for example has a how-to library with 791 video skills

Btw, @acooldora is the person who opened my eyes to how much work went into the Opus 5.5 launch video today
X is full of examples of videos made with Opus 5.5. meanwhile... anthropic's official Opus 5.5 launch film was made by 12 real humans and 3 agencies. and 0 agents.

a friend told me SF doesn't love it when women become moms and don't hide their pregnancy i think hiding your bump and your motherhood for that reason is so not ok (unless you just want to keep it private, totally valid) to me feminism is about choice. if we hide our choices or feel ashamed of them, that helps no one pregnancy actually made me work harder, eat better, train more consistently and go out way more i see my female friends' eyes light up when they realize pregnancy can look like this. i hope motherhood will be the same, and i'm definitely not hiding any of it
