2025 brought me 9 figures. Learned a lot about myself. Still going and growing everyday. Time to work on my brand and go harder. Cheers to 2026 🥂

I’ve had many many offers to raise mid 7 figures, sell for close to 8 figures before runads.ai even hit $1m ARR $0->$150k ARR took less than a week $150k-$1.85M ARR took 8 months. Not selling and definitely not raising anytime soon but thanks to those that support us! If you’re new, get the best Google ad accounts and ai agents to run your biz via runads.ai 😁

I built runads.ai solo. Never had anyone help me over the 2.5yrs I’ve been building it. Just shy of $2m ARR and counting 🕺
running a company nowadays feels kinda dystopian my team is 50+ people in 12 countries, but i talk to my agents more than my human teammates - voice note to grokbot - mattpocock/skills /grill-me so the agent interrogates the idea before anything gets built - spec drops into linear through the linear mcp - exa + firecrawl agent reads every competitor site, pricing page and changelog - ideabrowser.com to find ideas and trends - apify pulls g2, reddit and app store reviews - prompt: "find the 10 complaints that show up most and quote the users" - context7 so the agent reads the latest docs before it touches any api the design - claude code + paper mcp - 4 versions of every screen before a single line of code - pick pieces from 2, it merges them. diverge then converge - frontend-design skill from anthropic/skills + our own design system skill - cleanshot screenshots of any ui i like go straight in with "make it feel like this" the build - pingdotgg/t3code as the control surface for every agent, from my phone too - stablyai/orca runs a fleet of agents in parallel, each in its own git worktree - graphify maps the whole codebase into a knowledge graph so agents navigate instead of guess - headroom compresses tool outputs before they hit the model, so tokens go 20-95% further - lsp plugins so the agent sees types and errors like an ide does - security guidance hook flags risky edits before they land - supabase mcp for the database, stripe for billing - github mcp opens the pr, vercel spins up a preview - loops run overnight, i check what shipped over coffee the user testing - lightpanda as the headless browser, way lighter than chromium so you can run hundreds at once - agents click every flow on the preview like a first-time user - one persona is impatient, one is confused, one is on a phone - playwright + chrome devtools mcp for regression tests the bugs - sentry mcp catches the error - agent reads the stack trace and opens a fix pr in under 10 minutes - human just approves the data - posthog mcp cron at 7am on yesterday's funnel - any step that drops more than 10%, the agent watches 20 session replays and tells me why - stripe mcp pulls every cancellation reason into one doc every monday the agents' tools - orgo so every agent gets its own computer - agentmail so every agent gets its own inbox - agentphone so i can call them from the car - composio connect-apps for every other connector - akitaonrails/ai-memory, a git-backed markdown wiki so they remember what we decided last week the skills - wshobson/agents so skills work across claude code, codex and opencode - my writing voice - our design system - how we write specs - skill creator so the agents write new skills themselves some helpful tricks - one agent per platform. the x agent never touches email - cheap model for triage, opus for anything that ships - every output gets scored 1-10 by an llm judge. under 8 goes back - every agent writes a 5-line log at night so i can read the whole company in 2 minutes - every agent mistake becomes a new skill, so it only happens once the team - humans get version 5, not my voice note which they are happy about lol - their job is creative feedback, relationships and telling the agents what they got wrong a human pm reviews the funnel once a week. this reviews it every morning running a company is now voice notes and inference

And counting…
My software company runads.ai is currently onboarding 30-50 companies a day with over 1700 active paying customers and over $50m/m in Google ad spend. I’m looking for a fintech banking partner to join the runads foundation and help us close the loop on customer billing. Having customers set their cards on Google ads externally causes some friction and we want to keep it all internally. We also charge % of spend fees so of the $50m-$70m a month under management we make anywhere from 3-5% of that depending on what tier the business is in. My options are from what I know flex, slash, whop, commas. If you are from one of those and want to work with me then I want to set this up.

Waymo is the worst thing to happen to LA. Those cars literally just sit in the middle of the road blocking all traffic and are always confused.
huge Waymo LA service area expansion

you know someone is doing well based on the amount of apple monitors they have, few understand.
We just had our biggest month ever! Here's what got us here: 1.) Hire exceptional people. Everything else comes after that. One great hire can change how fast the whole team moves. 2.) Learn to delegate the things you used to do yourself. That's hard as a founder. But if you hired right, give them real trust and back them with conviction. Holding on too tight is what slows you down. 3.) Pound the pavement. Even at our current run rate and valuation, we still do things that don't scale. We went a very long time without making any money, and that's where our scrappiness came from. We think it's been our edge over the market the whole way. It's not a phase, it's how we operate, and it's going to stay part of how we build here. 4.) Never stop innovating. We are always looking for new ways to fundamentally change / improve the creator space on all fronts.

Want shitty ad copy as bad as this ai reply? Difference in running ads with your awfully trained Claude or ChatGPT va using runads.ai

30–50 new users a day with 1,700 paying is a healthy engine. With $50m/month in ad spend flowing through, what's the bottleneck now — onboarding, retention, or just keeping the product ahead of the spend?

“But Broo my grokbots and Claude are “trained” to do this. Yea I’m sorry but there’s an enormous difference here. First I encourage you to use our MCP along side your ai of choice to SUPERCHARGE your ads even more, but… that’s not the best. 1. Anyone using grokbots or Claude for their Google ads is absolutely not scaling. Please prove me wrong. 2. Our platform is 100x faster and smarter at building ads and writing copy for your brand. We actually have hundreds of millions of ad spend managed through the platform and actually trained on some of the greatest datasets available along with internal account data from thousands of brands on every niche. 3. We supply highest tier ad accounts, so if people use our platform they are able to access our Google ads APIs, copywriting like a professional or I wrote it, image creatives, actual campaigns built based off our internal strategies AND it takes literally no time at all and no effort either. Let me shorten it. Paste 1-100 URLs-> ai kicks off research agent, build agent, writing agent, creative agent, and brand agent. -> after 15-90 seconds your have a full campaign build with ad creatives, copy with no ai tropes, and campaigns ready to be published. Click approve and your campaigns are inside Google ads ready to go! Shopping, PMAX, demand gen, search Or isolate discover only , YouTube only. Literally dumbed down google ads and made it more efficient for everyone!

if you're onboarding that many companies daily, scalability might become a challenge

Adding to this in case there’s any confusion. We specifically aren’t looking for a payment processor to process the spend fees. Simply keeping their ad spend billed through our platform. Our cards or credit line pays Google, and customers are instantly debited on their ad spend through having their card connected.

We’re also maintaining 30,000-40,000 monthly site visits and continuously ruling out platform updates.

yes this IS true but at the same time 90% of brands have no idea what to do on google ads. i can outscale any meta only brand on google ads. its also a HUGE avenue for legitimately scaling the fuck out of your brand. there is a reason why theres so few google ads agencies and so many meta agencies. google takes skill, meta is just uploading ad creatives...
Replying to @calebcanales_
If that was the case YouTube would be more than 3% budget share. No one's doubling revenue with a platform that spends 5% of Meta spend. (That's also blended YouTube. Shorts are likely a small % of that)
