Founder & CPO @ Intangible.ai Advancing human creativity through technology and design.

An homage to SpaceX, and to every creative who’s struggled to help people see a big idea. Too many good ideas stall because others can’t yet see what you see. We built Intangible to help change that.
An homage to one of our favorite companies, @SpaceX. Built using Grok + Intangible.

At the House of Mouse today. Hard not to feel humbled walking halls that have shaped so many of the movies, characters and stories I grew up loving. Even more fun when the conversation is about how stories here might get made next.

We love @autodesk here @intangibleai. Apparently the feeling is mutual. Today Autodesk announced Flow Studio, including what appears to be a near carbon copy of Intangible’s camera control workflow. Those interactions weren’t accidental. Philip Metschan, Nathan Gordon, and I spent a great deal of time designing them because we believed generative AI needed a fundamentally better interface, one built around directing rather than prompting. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and good to know the #1 media and entertainment technology company in the world is paying attention to a small company trying to change it. We’re just getting started. #pirates.

Place the camera in 3D, shape the camera move, and refine how the character is framed throughout the shot. You can also use camera framing and moves from a video source. Instead of describing the camera through a prompt, creators can adjust it directly with precision.

AI is getting amazingly good at generating. @intangibleai we’re focused on helping people direct The shot below wasn’t generated from a lucky prompt. I composed it in a few minutes using the same tools we’re building for creative teams. Build the scene, frame the shot, choose the camera, then send it through whichever model you want. See for yourself at studio.intangible.ai Appreciate the shoutout, @bilawalsidhu 🙏
3D + AI is a helluva combo. If you don’t want to wrangle blender but want give this hybrid workflow a shot then try @intangibleai - super accessible to author 3d content and run it through your models of choice - all in one tool.

Game engines give you control. World models give you creativity. TED host @bilawalsidhu asks why not both and points to @intangibleai, because that's what we built.
World Models vs Game Engines -- Who Wins? Gaming stocks had a bloodbath after Google's Genie 3. Unity down. Roblox down. Nintendo down. Unity down 35%. Unity's CEO posted a whole thread. Tim Sweeney weighed in. They're both saying the same thing -- world models won't replace game engines, they'll merge together. I tested Genie 3 extensively, broke down the CEO arguments, and mapped out what's actually real versus hype. Including why this might play out exactly like self-driving cars did -- and what that means for the next 3-5 years. 0:00 - Gaming stocks tank after Genie 3 1:12 - Unity CEO's damage control thread 2:51 - Tim Sweeney's response 3:46 - The hybrid approach (and why it has merit) 5:38 - The gap nobody's talking about 10:46 - Why Genie 3 is an entirely new medium 14:38 - Where I actually net out

Thank you @jesus_2791 at @FastCompany for this in-depth coverage and entirely fair take on Intangible in our Beta phase. Jesus' quote below is entirely the point: "Intangible is the first tool that could make generative AI video truly usable." @intangible
There's a gap between human imagination and AI video creation. Intangible, a new AI video tool from Pixar and Apple alums, aims to close it. f-st.co/F6ap89t

Prompts are part of the process, but professional creatives need more than words to achieve their vision. @intangibleai gives creatives unmatched speed and control over AI, to bring their ideas to life exactly as imagined. It’s now live and free to try through 7/31.

My favorite photo following my talk yesterday on how to foster innovation through Design, presented to the current cohort from @FLondonAcademy. A privilege to share thinking with this stellar group of design leaders. p.s. – early access to intangible.ai coming soon.

Speedrun continues to deliver exceptional value for this particular co-founder of Intangible.ai. Check out my co-founder @bharatvasan's cameo. He may have missed his true comedic calling, which I'm grateful for.
p.s. SR003 has been going great - here's what we've been up to so far. <3
