A lot of people share cool game demos with a "look what I built" caption. Well, I didn't build this. I paid Claude to build it. For educational purposes, I had it reverse engineer The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, decompiling the game with REA and taking detailed notes. Then, working from those notes, it built a brand-new game engine that runs the game in a web browser. It didn't copy the original code. It reimplemented everything from scratch in TypeScript and Three.js, and adapted the original assets to work with the new engine. To play it, you need to own the original game, since the assets are streamed from your copy. It's kind of wild. I now have something that looks like a complete game running in Three.js. And yes, I did learn something along the way. I asked Claude to create educational material to teach me about reverse engineering as we went. Still, I didn't make this game. I appreciate AI, and it's amazing. It lets us reach beyond what we could do on our own. But if you're truly curious, learn the underlying skills. That's why, a while back, I bought @iced_coffee_dev's Three.js course. AI can probably build every game I can imagine, but I think the real joy is understanding how it's done and having the skill to do it yourself, even if you're not typing as much code by hand. Think of it like music. Sure, I can use Suno to generate a song. But because I also learned music theory and how to play guitar (albeit poorly), I can hear almost any song and play it by ear. So even when I create a song with Suno, I can still play it on a real instrument. Code is the same way. I can use AI, but I want to know that if I'm ever broke and can't pay for Claude, or I don't have internet, I can still create things. Anyway, rant over. Have a nice day.

What a time to be alive. AI slop at it's greatest, and I'm here for it. I made a game that streams music and content from my YT channel, so as you play, I get views. But I am sure there are better things I can be doing with my time.

Try it out and let me know what you think. Work in progress. hot-turtle-night-drive.netli…
Who would of thought that this would be powered by @strapijs Here is @threejs game I made that streams my music from my Strapi backend as you play. Levels are auto generated of the song waveform.

Not quite at Cody's level, but I can jump on building some games. hot-turtle-night-drive.netli… Work in progress, still not mobile optimized, and no sound effects.
I've never had THIS much fun building, Opus 5.5 is so fun. Excalidraw directly in the office, and an elevator to take you to your other projects. Don't forget to pet the dog.

It's the weekend 😀 Time to take a break from making @strapijs plugins: github.com/PaulBratslavsky/s… And instead, let's work on my @Ableton Max for Live plugin: github.com/PaulBratslavsky/c…

Here it is in action.
Completely random, but any music folks used @claudeai to build Ableton @Ableton VST or Plugins? It's kind of fun. Build one to show me guitar chords of song I produce. Recently started learning guitar.

Does @strapijs use Strapi? Yes, we do. And so do our developers. Building an internal app to track social mentions and enrich the data so we can better help our community. Strapi and @nextjs go together real well.

Wow, @claudeai can now help me with my video edits. Nice, love how you can expose tools via MCP. This project is local-first and uses a local LLM, but if you want to expose your tools to more powerful models via MCP, you can.

After chatting with @kentcdodds about the power of MCP and his course, I became obsessed with building AI local-first apps and exposing tools via MCP so users can bring their data to use with frontier AI models.
My side project, a local-first video editor built with @TauriApps and @tan_stack on top of local LLM models, to help me create rough-cut videos and export to DaVinci Resolve, now supports using Claude to edit your videos via MCP running in the terminal when you want to use the frontier model.

@tan_stack desktop app using @TauriApps as a wrapper, connected to @Ableton live via Max for live based on Max by @cycling74. Used Claude to help me build the POC.

Love how @strapijs and @tan_stack empower you to build things fast. I consume a lot of music tutorials from YouTube and wanted to create a knowledge base to help me learn music. AI powered by Gemma 4. Working pretty well on my MacBook.

Continuing to work on @strapijs form builder using @tan_stack AI under the hood. In this current example, I am using Gemma4 through @ollama, but you can also connect @AnthropicAI provider. Just added the ability to reference Strapi collections in form. This is still in alpha pre-release build.

I am cooking some more features. Bring your own AI, In my case using @ollama with Gemma 4 on my Mac, but you can use any other provider.

Been building local AI first applications. Love Gemma4. I am using these models gemma4-kb:latest and nomic-embed-text for embedings. I have Mac with 24gb, and both work surprisingly very capable. Using through @ollama with @tan_stack AI and of course my backend is @strapijs

Is this a beginning of a from builder for @strapijs similar to WP Forms? Maybe. I needed to build something cool while testing out my product-design-skill for @claudeai 👉 github.com/PaulBratslavsky/p…

Here is how I been coding. How have you been coding. 1. Claude Desktop - Have Product design skill 2. Claude in Terminal - Pass the speck from product skill 3. Finally open VS Code with Claude to polish. Build 4 products MVP this way, and worked surprisingly well. I use @claudeai and in my mind, they won the AI dev journey race.

Someone who is learning music, I needed an aid to help me make sense of things. Also, I am weird, I am learning 3 instruments at once. Guitar, Piano and Ableton Push. So needed a quick tool to help me visualize all notes/chords across the three instruments. @Ableton build with @claudeai

Here is a demo of one that was build with little intervention from me. BTW, this is POC and if the idea makes sense, I will audit the code make sure it is worthy. Lol. Have to remind my self. Don't ship things you don't uderstand.

I created a SKILL to allow me to plan out ideas and then build them with @tan_stack and @strapijs still testing the skill but will share soon. Now, any product idea I have, I have Claude build POC. @AnthropicAI

I learned how to build MCPs from @kentcdodds, and it's a gift that keeps on giving. I built a local-first knowledge base using @strapijs, @tan_stack, and @ollama with Gemma 4. But if you need to use a frontier model like Claude for more power, just expose your tools and data via MCP.

You know what, this little side project is kind of useful. Runs local LLM. Built with @tan_stack @strapijs @ollama with TanStack AI using Gemma 4. It even has an MCP that lets you connect to Claude Desktop and use frontier models when you want to pay for tokens.

I'm building a local knowledge base — @tan_stack + @strapijs, Gemma 4 on Ollama. I added MCP so I can also use Claude Desktop when I want a bigger model. Claude is hosted; anything I send gets processed on their server. Local tools see everything. Claude (over MCP) only sees what I've marked. Has anyone built something like this?

Do you hate committing to long videos on YT just ot find out that it's not what you wanted to watch? Build an app with @tan_stack, @strapijs, TanStack AI, and @ollama, using Gemma 4, to help me streamline my YT-watching experience. Run on your laptop. 👉 github.com/PaulBratslavsky/y…

So awesome how quickly you can prototype app ideas with @tan_stack and @strapijs. Build an app that lets me track health metrics to support my health journey. Added TanStack AI SDK to automatically summarize videos with highlights and an action plan based on the content.
