Congrats @infisical on their $40M Series B led by @eladgil 🚀 Psyched to be the lead seed investor @GradientVC the leading platform for agent security!
We’re excited to announce we have raised a $40M Series B! This next round of funding lets us continue to strengthen our secrets, certificate, and access management products. We'll also expand the capabilities of Agent Vault, so engineers adopting AI agents can give them access without handing over the underlying credentials. Thank you to @eladgil, @GradientVC, @ycombinator, and our other investors, as well as our customers, community, and team for helping us get here!

It’s the perfect company. Almost unbelievable.
Anthropic: $134b of cash today $141b of total capital raised <$10b of total burn to get to $16.8b in quarterly revenue (Q3 figure that was widely reported, Q3 not in S-1 yet)

"Stewart was brought in under Salesforce’s Bret Taylor, who soon after became co-CEO alongside Marc Benioff. The Slack deal had been made with the working assumption that Bret would be steering as operational CEO, Stewart could focus on making the most of the overlapping capabilities of Slack and Salesforce, and Marc would continue on as the figurehead and founding CEO. From the get-go Stewart found it difficult to connect with Salesforce’s founder. “I only got about one hour of total facetime with Marc before the deal was announced. My last meeting with him was cut short because McConaughey arrived,” he told me. Matthew McConaughey, that is. Salesforce reportedly pays him $10M annually to be a spokesperson."

Since Obama is back on the stump today, here’s your reminder of the best political speech of my lifetime. If you haven’t heard it or haven’t heard it in a while, enjoy getting fired up and ready to go. 👊🏼 🌊

Churchill could have shortened WW2 by years if he had just “done a deal” with Hitler. George Washington could have done a deal to end the American Revolution. Zelenskyy is in good company.

At @GamowLabs, we are committed to solving rare disease. This means understanding the clinical impact of >9B possible mutations in the human genome. Computational models like @GoogleDeepMind AlphaGenome, @arcinstitute Evo2, and @biohub ESM3 serve their purpose, but the only way to accomplish our mission is through large-scale collection of experimental data on variant effects. The only way to collect these data is through robotic labs like ours, which historically have required deep expertise in automation engineering to scale, limiting velocity. To solve this problem, we are building frameworks to enable AIs to drive our lab robots and just unveiled our first eval showing that we have some work to do!
Can frontier AI agents run a robotic wet lab? We built LabRobotBench to test how they operate equipment, manage timing, and recover interrupted experiments. LabRobotBench allows models to steer a simulation based on our real wet-lab setup in Boulder, CO! The best model tested, GPT 6.1 Sol, scores a 46% on our benchmark. Improving on LabRobotBench implies better robotic control and spatial awareness, as well as biological reasoning. read more in our latest blog post: gamowlabs.com/lab-robot-benc…

While hundreds of billions have been spent teaching AI to manipulate words and generate videos, ASI builds AI systems that can manage and control critical physical infrastructure - where there is zero margin for error. Today we announced our $325M Series C to scale America’s Engine: the automated nervous system keeping the country running.
