my first contribution to Codex is in! 😄
it adds the originating tool call ID to launched processes, helping runtime security tools (and logs) connect process activity back to the call that started it.

Am I the only one who has only just found out about creating sections in @OpenAI Codex?
I created 'Done' and 'To Do' below, but you can organise them however you like. Just drag and drop.
Another useful feature is that if you click 'New chat' from any section, it will automatically be created in the project that the session is derived from.
👌 This means it inherits the instructions and tools available in that project (see "Videos" below).

Lots to improve, I’d love feedback.
Made it with Codex and brag skill

My first long-format YouTube videos will be published later today!
I have been looking for a way to discuss complex topics, such as Shamir Secret Sharing, in a way that is accessible to the public.
I think this is the right approach.

MY NEW APP IS OUT !!!
I've teased you a lot about it and now it's time I deliver !
Vanpelt[.]studio is a desktop app for MacOs and Windows which allow you to create qualitative content with little effort !
No need to spend hours writing a story, scripting, listing the shots, gather and sorting footage + much more. The studio does everything for you !
Once you've set your project and shot your videos you can drop everything to your favourite agent (claude, codex and even openrouter) for him to label and sort all according to the script !
This way your editing becomes extremely simple and basically ANYONE CAN BECOME A YOUTUBER !
And it doesn't stop there ! You can derive shorts from everything you shot so you can salvage dead footage, you can assess your performances and feed it back to the AI for future projects !
The studio is a whole production team for only $12 per month!

I tried Parakeet Redux. Live Transcription w/ ~200MB directly in Browser's Web Worker. Not bad.

I think this video contains the answer to the Fermi Paradox.
We assume advanced civilizations eventually conquer space.
What if they just stop caring about the outside world?
I'm pretty sure we're heading inwards too and stop caring about mindlessly travelling through the infinite vacuum of space.
kurzgesagt never disappoints 🤌

Wdyt of this simple setup for YouTube videos? 😄
Yesterday after bouldering with friends I came back home and did my taxes, cleaned up the apartment and booked appointment for my 2nd Anmeldung.
I was curious to see how it would look, even though I knew I didn't have the energy to film one of the long-format videos I'm preparing.

Guys I can’t 😂🤩
I can listen at my own videos in Hindi now! So many auto-dub languages and they sound almost identical to my real voice!
Some Italians subscribers asked me why I decided to rebrand my channels to English.
One of the reasons is how better English speaking videos are treated by YouTube.
In the last 3 videos I speak in English: YouTube automatically subbed and dubbed them to 21 languages.
All the other Italian-speaking videos only get dubbed to English.
p.s. the yellow one is just uploaded, I suppose the other 19 dubs will come soon

A company starts judging its support team by how many tickets they close.
The number goes up. Of course it does.
But that does not mean customers are getting better help. Maybe tickets are being closed too early. Maybe the difficult ones are being avoided. People simply learned what the system rewards.
That is Goodhart’s law: when a measure becomes a target, it stops being a good measure.
The metric was supposed to describe good work. Now it is changing how the work is done.
