20 years ago, I graduated from medical school. This week, I graduated from #IntegrativeMedicine fellowship (!) Having reflected deeply on what “integrative medicine” means - to me, the philosophy is simple: health must be understood—and addressed—across body, mind, AND spirit. Each shapes the others. Each deserves our attention.
