Multiport surgery is mostly thru the trans abdominal approach. SP approaches are mostly extra peritoneal.
The concept of Regionalization of surgery to where the disease is.
Outpatient>less pain>quicker recovery>less risk of incisional hernia
What is the biggest advantage in your opinion compared to multiport? Do patients actually recover faster?
