nobody opens the time tracker during the day. the hours get typed in later, from memory, and some never make it in now a consultant can type "log 3 hours on severn yesterday, code review" into claude code and the entry is booked

most picker extensions read the CSS value. on a button with 40% opacity that gives you the color before it is blended. inside a canvas (Figma, Canva, a map) they get nothing at all. Pigmo reads the pixel that is actually on screen.

a site's palette is not one color. it's the 6 to 8 colors the whole page is built from. Pigmo reads the page's own styles, ranks each color by how much of the page it covers, and tells you where it is used: header, buttons, text.

iii makes every service a worker: queue, cron, http, an agent. each joins a live catalog and the others can call it right away, with traces an agent can add a missing worker while the system is live... anyone tried it in prod yet?

a self-improving agent sounds great until it improves itself into something nobody reviewed skills that rewrite themselves during use mean the same task behaves different next week, and the person on call has no diff to read

putting agents on a board like teammates doesnt fix the slow part, which is reviewing what they ship. every issue still ends as a PR for the same human reviewer, and agents like touching code nobody asked about

ShawnPana/phone-harness lets your agent drive your real phone, nothing installed on it after a change it can open your app, tap through signup and read the screen back only it sees text, not icons... unlabeled buttons need a screenshot
