Unka Elon and the team have been busy… Merged with xAI back in February. Went public in June. Surpassed 12 million Starlink subscribers. Q2 revenue $7.8B (up from $4.1B a year ago). $14.1B in new cloud contracts. Grok 4.5 dropped in July. Plus a $60B deal for Cursor. Starship Flight 14 hit orbit for the first time and deployed the first V3 Starlinks. $8B spectrum grab for Starlink Mobile + over $6B in Starshield contracts. I can’t wait to see what $SPCX has been cooking up. 💯 I hope I own enough! 🤔

SpaceX earnings inbound! 🚀 I’m watching four things and encourage you to do the same: 1. AI and Starlink growth along with scaling capacity 2. Infrastructure spending; unlocks are a non-issue except to the pontificators and worrywarts 3. A SpaceX and Tesla merger; I said that was likely years ago and was openly regarded as having lost my mojo. Now that is the subject of intense market speculation. 4. Possibly the first profitable quarter. Expected $0.13 earnings but I’ll take anything above $0. Game on! $SPCX You? 😊

The markets won’t ring a bell when it’s safe to get back in.🤷‍♂️ Today’s markets move too fast for that. You decide now whether you’re riding the wave up... or watching it.📈

Anybody selling to the guv’mint just got a leg up $PLTR and Knox Systems announced a new partnership this morning. Chances are good you know the former – Palantir – but not the latter – Knox Systems. I didn’t either. Here’s the deal. Any software company that wants to sell to Uncle Sam has to clear FedRAMP first. That’s the government’s security seal of approval for cloud software. For the really sensitive stuff, there’s IL5, which is the Pentagon’s higher bar for protecting sensitive data. Palantir figured out years ago that most companies would rather skip that slog so it built FedStart, a program that lets other companies run their software inside Palantir’s already-approved government environment. A super smart move. Enter Knox. Knox Systems says it can get companies through FedRAMP in 90 days or less and, in fact, already runs more than 100 AI and enterprise apps, including Adobe and Armis. I think customers are going to love it. I still probably don’t have enough shares, now that I think about it. Keith’s Investing Tip: People constantly tell me “they’ll buy on a pullback” then chicken out when they’ve got one on their hands. Don’t… chicken out. 📷 If you enjoyed my take, you may also enjoy the Five with Fitz! I was honoured to join the super-smart @Varneyco once again this morning ahead of today’s opening bell. We had a great chat about $SPCX, $TSLA and $META! MYPOV: Most Investors could probably double the amount of shares they own and still not have enough 🤔

Every selloff feels like the one that’s different. I’ve watched dozens of ’em over the decades. The headlines change. The fear doesn’t. There’s an old saying on the Street: buy when there’s blood in the streets. Those who come out ahead of the game are the ones who actually do it. They keep buying and holding great companies through selloffs and deleveraging while everyone else is busy selling. It almost never feels like a good time to invest. History says it almost always is. 🤷‍♂️

The ONE thing you need to understand about today’s inflation report 👇 Spoiler Alert. 🚨 It has nothing to do with inflation. The entire game is about what highly leveraged, short-term traders think Warsh will do based on the report. It is as predictable as the sun coming up. The report came in red hot and futures immediately cratered because highly leveraged short-term traders think he’ll have more reason to hike rates. If the report had shown cooling, the same bunch would have immediately borrowed all the money they could carry and be buying outta the gate because they think he’ll have more reason to lower rates. What’s happening is a lot like an old-school talent contest, except nobody actually watches the talent. Instead, the judges rate contestants by watching the audience’s reaction to whatever and whoever is on stage. And if you really are worried about inflation? I understand – I am too. Medicine, insurance, housing and groceries are all rising quickly and have been for a long time. Millions of people are hurting when it didn’t have to be this way. The Fed has screwed this up yet again. Warsh hiked into a negative growth shock – meaning that he raised rates in September just as the economy was already losing steam and productivity was rising. That’s because the Fed’s policy wonks are misreading rising bond yields as confirmation that tightening is the way to go. What Warsh and his team should be doing is making proactive decisions that reinforce the distinction between growth that strains existing capacity and growth that enhances it. Greater productivity, particularly from AI and AI-related productive capacity, is a deflationary input, something that hundreds of very smart people working in the Fed can’t seem to grasp. And btw, Mr. Chairman, if you happen to read this, I’d be happy to explain it to your team so they can help everyone who’s struggling. This is not the bond market of 100 years ago, so please stop treating it that way. Keith’s Investing Tip: Buy great stocks in world-class companies that are growing faster than the rate of inflation. Problem solved.
