This is insane! Our election process is broken badly.
We're on pace for over $1 billion in ads over the final week of the election.
"One size fits all politics is destructive" Forward Independence and DFL endorsed candidate Trent Dilks is right, and we need to start electing people like him. Dilks is running in Minnesota Senate District 13.

More than 40% of Montanans are Independents. Party insiders didn’t think they’d matter, that they’d just fall in line. We're going to prove them wrong.

Visit the social media pages of the Republicans and Democrats, and you'll see a lot of posts telling you how awful the other party is and why you should vote against them. On our page we're making the case for the Forward Independence movement. We're talking about bringing people together, putting problem-solving ahead of partisan politics, and giving Minnesotans a real alternative to the two major parties. We don't need to convince you to hate the other side. We want to give you something worth voting FOR. And there's an opportunity to take a major step forward this November. If Jay Reeves receives at least 8% of the vote for State Auditor, Forward Independence becomes a Major Party in Minnesota.

Great idea to call out the Super PAC’s and who the funding is coming from.
This ad is brutal.

Jay Reeves talks about how the Minnesota fraud issue is personal for him and motivated him to run for State Auditor. And there's more at stake in this race than just voting for Jay as the most qualified candidate. If he earns just 8% of the vote, Forward Independence becomes a major party in Minnesota, giving voters a third major-party option alongside Republicans and Democrats.

Forward Independence stayed out of the contentious national races this election cycle. Instead, we've focused on building something Minnesotans have been asking for: a viable alternative to the two major parties. The next step is for Jay Reeves to earn at least 8% of the vote for State Auditor, giving Forward Independence major-party status. That would eliminate petition signature requirements for our candidates and make them eligible for the same public campaign funding programs available to Democrats and Republicans. A vote for Jay Reeves is a step toward giving Minnesotans more choices in future elections.

Minnesota's State Auditor shouldn't be a Republican or Democrat. Jay Reeves is running outside of the two major parties, and as ethics lawyer @RWPUSA points out, that's exactly what this position calls for. Independent oversight. Accountability to taxpayers.

8% could change Minnesota politics. If Jay Reeves earns 8% of the vote for State Auditor, Forward Independence gains major-party status in Minnesota. Nearly a third of likely Minnesota voters identify as independents. Many don’t fit neatly into either major party, yet they’re often left without a political option that reflects their views. Imagine a Minnesota where voters have another choice, candidates have another path, and political decisions aren’t dictated by party lines. A different choice starts with the voters. And 8% could be the beginning. #Forward

Dan Osborn in Nebraska. Brian Bengs in South Dakota. Todd Achilles in Idaho. Seth Bodnar in Montana. Independent U.S. Senate candidates who have a real chance to win. Balancing the budget and getting big money out of politics clearly aren’t going to happen through the same partisan politics that got us here. Breaking the two-party stranglehold starts with electing leaders who aren’t beholden to either party.

OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT: TRENT DILKS FOR MN SENATE DISTRICT 13 If you want to start electing common-sense people who are running for office for all the right reasons, a great place to start is Trent Dilks in Senate District 13. Forward Independence is proud to officially endorse Dilks. Trent is a military veteran, and veterans advocate who wants to solve problems and get things done, not play partisan political games. He's already demonstrated that commitment by joining the Minnesota Forward Together Coalition and pledging to put people over party. Minnesota needs more leaders like Trent Dilks. We encourage voters in District 13 to send him to St. Paul!

If @JayR_for_OSA gets 8% of the vote this November, Minnesota gets another major party in the @forwardpartymn That means less two-way races between extreme left or right candidates and more options in the middle.
KSTP/SurveyUSA: DFL candidate Zack Filipovich flips the script in MN state auditor race. After trailing Republican Scott Jensen by 7 last month, Filipovich now leads by 1. Now a dead heat. The poll includes 38% DFL, 34% GOP and 26% independent voters. @KSTP

The math is unavoidable: Social Security won’t be put on a sustainable path without some combination of revenue increases and benefit adjustments.
AARP staunchly opposes calls to reduce or cap the COLA. With many older Americans struggling with rising costs, we will never stop fighting to protect Social Security from cuts or privatization. spr.ly/6015BHGL0P
