Next week, Gateway is in New York. 🇺🇸 Our Co-founder & CEO @pradeep_rvsingh and Co-founder & CTPO Igor @mandrigin will both be at the @lfdecentralized Privacy for Financial Services Workshop, 22–23 October, hosted by Morgan Stanley and Citi. Banks and market infrastructures are moving settlement onchain, but none of them will put positions, counterparties or client data where every other participant can read them. Supervisors and auditors still need a view they can rely on, scoped to what they’re entitled to see. This workshop brings together the institutions setting those requirements and the teams building the infrastructure to meet them. It’s a problem both of our founders have seen from each side. Pradeep started his career at Citi and UniCredit before building Nethermind, and now leads Gateway’s work with banks and market infrastructures. Igor Mandrigin leads Gateway’s product and technology, including the design of our Open Privacy Suite. Igor is also speaking on the Privacy Builders’ Panel. More on that in our next post. Book time with Gateway team while they’re in New York: gateway.fm/book-a-call

Proud to be an early partner of @safe Pro. 🤝 We’ve been working with the Safe team to shape it around our needs: more structure for our onchain operations, clearer controls and better visibility across accounts, while keeping control of our assets. Upgrade your onchain operations. Operate with Safe Pro: safe.global/pro

1/ New on the Gateway blog: a deep dive into Open Privacy Suite, our privacy layer for shared institutional EVM networks. It covers why privacy decides whether a shared financial network can launch, and why we built it in layers. 🧵

9/ → Inlay (pilot): each node holds only its own state, plus witness hashes to verify it → Shield (roadmap): privacy from the operator → Your own layers: encryption, HSMs, TEEsA cipher that gives way? Withheld data was still never delivered. As Igor puts it, you can “compose the built-in modules (e.g. use both RBAC and Inlay nodes) as well as 3rd party solutions with it, to cross-protect your data.”

10/ The article also covers who it’s for (FMIs, infrastructure providers, tokenized deposit and post-trade teams), the business impact, and pilots with market operators and settlement consortia in Brazil, Spain and Malaysia. Read it: gateway.fm/blog/open-privacy…

Next week, our co-founder and CTPO @mandrigin will be at Istanbul Fintech Week @istfintechweek (5–7 October, Hilton İstanbul Maslak). This year's theme is "Smart, Embedded, and Tokenized". The programme runs from payments and AI in finance to digital banking and a full day on digital assets, tokenization and stablecoins. Those are the questions many institutions in Türkiye and the wider region are now working through: how to put deposits, payments and assets onchain while keeping regulatory control and customer privacy. If you are building tokenized products, cross-border payment flows, or controls for shared networks, and you'll be in Istanbul, DM @mandrigin to book a slot. He's keen to compare notes. 🙏

Gateway is co-sponsoring the @lfdecentralized booth at @Sibos 2026 in Miami 🤝 Sibos brings together the banks, market infrastructures and policymakers shaping how money moves. This year the conversation is squarely onchain - tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, sovereign networks and the controls institutions need to run them in production. Our Co-Founder & CEO @pradeep_rvsingh is a featured speaker at the booth, presenting "From Tokenization to Sovereign Onchain Finance". 📍 Booth DISM10 · Miami Beach Convention Center 🗓 28 Sep – 1 Oct 2026 Find us at the booth throughout the week. 🙏

privacy from operators is one of the most important, and least understood, parts of sovereign onchain finance. it changes the question from: 'is this transaction private?' to: 'who inside the system can still see the state, metadata, payloads, keys, proofs, or execution path?' Igor’s latest note breaks this down clearly across EVM networks, operators, and privacy design choices. highly worth reading ↓
Replying to @mandrigin
Today we will start reviewing the techniques and methods that blockchains can use to achieve privacy from operators. We begin with state minimization, including edge blockchains like @0xMiden or state routing based networks such as @CantonNetwork. 255c.org/notes/privacy-from-…

If an AI agent can reach your systems before it can prove who authorised it, automation has outrun control. The hard problem is no longer tool access. It is identity, delegated authority and verifiable execution. Gateway has been working on this problem at the infrastructure level.

The same model admitted agents from another organisation without merging enterprise directories. A second organisation could issue a credential for its own system. The validator checked that credential against the issuer’s state, not a shared user list. Read the case study: gateway.fm/case-studies/agen…

A scoped pilot, not a production-scale claim. It validated the model end to end. Agents need infrastructure that can verify who is acting, for whom and within which boundary.
