This is going to make me re-read We3 and I hadn’t planned on crying about cyborg pet-weapons again
SITUATION DETECTED: Warhound launched from stealth today with a $200M seed at a $1.2B valuation. Ben Lamm and Palmer Luckey are cloning gene-edited bio-enhanced dogs and equipping them with custom Anduril vests, goggles, and sensors for the military and law enforcement.

@genmon and @danielfogg out here building the delightful future fork of our universe
What if you could change device behaviour, just by talking to it?
Create an app. Change it. Edit it. Add personal context. Then completely reinvent what the device is for.
WORKS is our limited release of the first ever Promptable Products - physical devices inhabited by AI agents that understand what you want and do what you mean.
WORKS launch in November 2026.
This is a demo (using a ESP32 device from @M5Stack) showing one possible experience you can create.

Jump in, it's gonna be weird.

I've hosted my own blog on my own iron since 2000 except for 6 weeks in 2004 when the hard drive was glitching and I had to go to the datacenter at midnight to pull it from the rack, then sit it on ice cubes to copy data off cos the cold bought me 20 mins extra before crashing

Exactly this. I recently helped develop front end for an enterprise service where a team of engineers would claim it wasn't production ready and then spend three times as long with five times as many people, rebuilding it. What they should have done is built a hardened cli and allowed all the front end to be agent built.
Front-end is sacrificial
The only point of a UI is user comfort the first and only time they see it. From then on:
- personal agents don’t care about the UI
- security means you need to reduce the attack surface and harden
Headless everything 👇

Hot take:
Better we experience all these internet security vulnerabilities today
Than in a year when there are autonomous agents swarming on self-copied open weights, finding ways to steal money and run on hidden compute

If you’re telling somehow how many tokens you used for a project, what is “total tokens” typically?
- output tokens
- output tokens + input tokens
- output + input - cache read tokens
Asking for reasons.

the last time I was in a meeting like this I was sitting in a conference room in Dongguan eating fresh lychees off a big bowl in the middle of the table
in Brixton this time, and no lychees, but just as exciting

On days like this I think of my old Richter scale for outages…
I’d rate this SSL cert vulnerability with the sucker punch PHP follow-up as:
3.0 (where 4.0 is “Broad human inconvenience without threat”)
Where we’re on the lookout for 6.0 or even 7.0 aftershocks if there are mass follow-up exploits
