Alpha-gal (the carbohydrate/sugar molecule galactose-α-1,3-galactose) is found in most mammals, though not in fish, reptiles, birds, or people.
@glycoscience has antibody and reagents against alpha-Gal and making them available to the researchers. @Galway_Research
Alpha-gal syndrome is much more than a food allergy! Most of us have had reactions to medications and other medical products. Life-threatening and even fatal reactions have occurred.
