Baru menerima The Paris Review No. 257 (Fall 2026). “Dagger Mat”/“Mat Pisau” merupakan proyek saya menulis cerpen2 agak panjang (3000-5000 kata), bersama “Sumur”/“The Well” dan “Monkey Army” (Granta No. 167, 2024, edisi Indonesia belum terbit). Semoga bisa jadi kumcer nantinya.
“It was fine that he didn’t have any friends; now he was friends with the dagger. He slept beside it. He carried it with him when he had to help his mother haul water from the well.”
From “Dagger Mat” by Eka Kurniawan, published in our new Fall issue. buff.ly/accILYT
