Diolch Cyngor Sir Gâr! If every local authority followed suit, it would put enormous pressure on Welsh Gov to ensure Wales gets the same financial benefits as Scotland - estimated to be about £850 million a year. Imagine how this would help hospitals, schools, transport etc.

To say 'our' first 100 days after 25 years in power is dishonest and these are not results following 100 days either.
Fact remains that waiting lists are growing, education outcomes are poor, and a third of our children live in poverty.
Not a record to be proud of.
