1/ I made a thing. When someone posts hate on X, reply to it and tag @grownfromhate. A small bot reads the message, takes it apart letter by letter, and grows those same characters into a flower. Then it replies with it. The original message is never kept - only what grew from it.

✅ As you mention, there is severe LVH ➡️ DD ➡️ high diastolic LV pressures which changes Doppler eval of MS
✅ In this scenario (MS + DD) mean mitral gradient is reduced (leads to underestimation of MS severity & overestimation of MVA)
✅ PHT was also shortened here (leads to underestimation MS severity & overestimation of MVA)
✅ Planimetry is helpful but easier in rheumatic MS than in MAC related MS (drop out areas)
✅ Continuity equation will help in absence of AR (unavailable in this example)

Danish observational study. In crowded situations basic patient care is deprioritised - communication with relatives, nutrition, hydration, personal care and routine medication.
