In 1979 liberal students in Iran wanted to start a revolution to overthrow the Shah, they started by kidnapping U.S. embassy personnel, when that didn't get the response they wanted, they handed over U.S. embassy personnel to hardline islamists...aka TERRORISTS. But even the TERRORISTS let let U.S. embassy hostages loose when cowboy Ronald Reagan was elected because they knew Conservative cowboy Reagan would invade Iran and kill them all. We know how much it matters to live in a country where our rights are protected, where the law applies equally to everyone, and where the majority can’t just decide that some people don’t deserve the same freedoms.
