VIDEO | Weather Update: IMD Director General Mrutyunjay Mohapatra says, "Across India, rainfall in June has so far remained about 40% below normal. This was in line with our forecast issued at the beginning of June, which had predicted below-normal rainfall for the month. The main reasons are the delayed and weak advance of the monsoon and the absence of any low-pressure system so far in June.
