3 Claude Startups applications were rejected. I tried again with a new account for popsmart.ai and linked the live product page instead of my company page. Accepted on the first try. A real product was easier to evaluate than a portfolio.

I applied to the Claude Startups program three times. Three rejections. The public criteria explain who can apply, but the decisions gave me no useful signal about what failed. I’m not owed acceptance. I do want a feedback loop.

After contacting ~1,500 Shopify stores, I still do not know if the cold email strategy really works.
But at least one company a week is asking for a demo or proposal.
That is not proof. It is enough signal to expand the test next week.
