I've hit a rough patch in my photography journey. My camera broke, and I can't capture those unforgettable moments without it. Any help would mean so much! Please share and donate if you can. gofund.me/57dbbf4dd

Uncoachable vs. Coachable
Uncoachable players:
-Take it personally
-Feel they’re being singled out
-Become very defensive
Coachable players:
-Open to feedback/criticism
-Want to be coached
-See it as a way to get better

2 types of coaches:
Those who:
Coddle
Tell you what you want to hear
Don’t hold you accountable
Don't believe in you
Let you go through the motions
Those who:
Tell you the truth
Encourage
Challenge
Hold you accountable
Inspire
Demand excellence
ONLY 1 gets you ready for LIFE!
