Epi/Endo VT with @myafib: Pt had a prior MI and has an inferior aneurysm. ILAM in NSR showed late activation into the aneurysm, and a DZ/LOB just adjacent to the aneurysm epicardially. Homogenized the endo and epi areas of interest. #EPeeps #EnSiteX #HDGrid
