"Paper Brides," survivors of domestic abuse are transforming their status from victims to artists—using historic wedding dresses donated by other women from around the world, and raw paint as an intense, quiet space of reclamation. 🧵👇
Today, we are officially launching our crowdfunding campaign in web2 to bring this series and its survivor support program to life.
⭕️15% of all funds go directly to our partners, @otiliamutu's Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC.
You can stand with this project from anywhere. Contributions start at just 100 CZK (~$4 USD), the platform automatically converts your currency when you pay by card and your name will be permanently placed on our digital Wall of Solidarity, on my website and exhibition flyers etc.

I am proud to share that I’ve partnered with @otiliamutu on a new visual and photography project centered on women’s rights, resilience, and advocacy in the context of domestic abuse.
Through art, we aim to elevate these critical conversations and bring light to truths that are often overlooked and through the active participation of the women, we aim for a transformation from victim to artist status.
Production starts on 17th of October, full project details coming soon.
