We still want to find a way to bring the community together. If you planned to be in California for the Grace Hopper Celebration, I invite you to join us this year for GitHub Universe, Oct 28-29. 🌉 We've set aside 75 complimentary passes for folks with cancelled registrations. While this doesn't replace the conference and Universe has far fewer attendees than GHC, my hope is that it does give folks an opportunity to connect with each other. 📷 DM the GitHub team on LinkedIn or email me at kdaigle+ghc@github.com (first come first serve).

If you had a ticket to Grace Hopper and have not cancelled your plans to go to San Francisco, go to @github's LinkedIn right now if you'd like to attend GitHub Universe for free ❤️

Friday was my last day at @ZephyrCloudIO. Now, I'm looking for my next role. I've been agentic coding and learning how to be more efficient with token usage. I led our company in UX design and engineering. I would love to stay in a UXE role, but open to leadership roles as well. I learned that my leadership skills have tremendous value with my experience. If you have an opening, or know someone that may, please let me know. I had other co-workers impacted as well, and can vouch for them.

WebMCP reportedly grew out of an Amazon authorization problem: agents needed to use browser-based auth to access internal tools. The idea was to run the auth system in the browser, send the agent there, and return the authorization result

If you see me unsubscribing from your newsletter, it's because I'm resubscribing with my bot's email. 😅
