Private chat coming on NØNOS 0.9.3: install Profanity from the Marketplace.
Every package is signature-checked before install. XMPP traffic goes over anonymous networks, so your server sees an exit address, never yours.
OMEMO end-to-end encryption on top.
Coming soon. Coming more options.
On most computers, any app you install can read your files.
On NØNOS, every app gets a sealed room of its own and your files are never in it.
An early look at the new Marketplace, coming in this week release.

The chat app and the Monero wallet can only reach the internet through privacy networks, so the people on the other end never see where you're connecting from.
Your AI works the same way. It runs on your own machine, offline and keeps your questions to itself.

Before anything installs, you watch NØNOS check that it's exactly what its publisher signed. If something is off, it stops.
What would you install first?
Lot more inside v0.9.3 this is one teaser.
Your payments shouldn't be everyone's business.
Today, every payment on Ethereum is public. Who you paid, how much, and everything else in your wallet, for anyone to see, forever. Paying a freelancer shows them your whole balance. Paying a supplier shows your competitors who you work with.
That's why we're building NØNOS Shield: private ETH and $NOX payments, checked by Ethereum itself.
The idea is simple. The details of your payment stay private, while Ethereum still checks that the payment is valid. You don't need to understand the technology underneath to use it.
Shield is now working on Ethereum's Sepolia test network. Deposits and private transfers work today, from a normal browser, and anyone can try them.
Next comes more testing and an independent security audit. Only after that do we launch on Ethereum mainnet.
Try it and tell us what you'd pay for privately first.
Shield is live on the Sepolia test network.
You deposit ETH or $NOX, then pay anyone privately.
Your browser makes the proof and Ethereum checks it on chain. Anyone can see that a payment settled but nobody can see who got paid or how much.

How it works: your wallet turns the notes you spend into one STARK proof, right in the browser. Ours took 101 seconds on 4 Threads, less with 10 Threads. One transaction hands it to a verifier contract on Ethereum which checks it before any value moves.
Every proof shape has at least 80 provable bits.

Nothing is externally audited yet and mainnet waits for that audit. Until then Shield runs on Sepolia, where the tokens have no value. The pool takes 0.50% on deposits. DAO Votes are part of the Testnet and community participation.
@nonossystems just released a super cool new privacy feature for teams users: Nil (document encryption) 👀
That's exactly how a real world use case for zero-trust technology should look like. Privacy 2.0 in the era of web3.
$NOX is criminally undervalued !!!
