I am also in IT managed service / support. We targeted highly physical orgs - care & facilities
Considering move to engineering/3d and AI native companies.
Less so focus on cyber too (worry we just sell software) & moving more to the infra & stack. If people have done similar or considering. Let me know.

Jira tickets were fed to GitHub
GitHub would send for review to grokbot
Grokbot would push back
Considering Grephite / Cursor to replace the review and push side.

Moving dev review to Cursor. Going to stick with Jira as need a code audit path & ability to review tickets
When I rebuild my power pages app, I need to review and feed into stories and add documentation - jira and confluence are best for this I’ve found
Linear I explored but didn’t seem as useful for me

Also, considering moving orchestrator / bot to @NousResearch instead of @bot as I could call on cheaper models - people seem to say it has more customisability too

First focus - I built an app completely on Microsoft power pages to learn it. Very complex, wanted to have it as saas but margin wasnt best & lost motivation & support from dev/customers.
I’m going to rebuild this using AI, into react/typescript framework

I’ve been reading, learning & preparing for AI for some time now, but didn’t see this coming in this way
I learnt low-code and automation but now need to begin to learn AI better - still a place for it. But less-so at times
Enterprise always need right now, but I need to explore how to position myself & org for next 10-15 yrs (even if we all are rekt!) I’ll share journey here
