Mrs S is smiling because I’ve just told her one of my favourite Welsh stories:
Dai and Ianto decide to have a competition to see who can tell the biggest lie.
Dai: I swam backwards up Niagra Falls.
Ianto: I know Dai, I saw you! 😂

Good to be here today
Bringing back lovely memories of, as a 16 yr old Ely boy coming on tour with a combined @GlamWandsRFC + @Llandaff_RFC youth team in 1978
Posthumous thanks to 2 great men, coach Blair Evans and team manager Windsor George for giving us the experience 🇨🇦🏉🏴

Can’t remember ever commentating on a game which had 6 line-out drive tries as last nights Dragons v Ospreys had.
The law that’s not in the law-book having a huge effect on the game again - the law of unintended consequences after the changes made for defenders at a maul.

A wonderful evening @TreorchyZebras and a great privilege to host the launch of this book tonight.
A terrific turn out for a remarkable man who has been such an influence for good on young rugby players in The Rhondda.
A must read. 👍🏉
