In case you missed it, the recent Developer Spotlight is with @maxalexweber, creator of @ODATANO_V4. Coming from a background in SAP development, Max became curious about decentralized systems and started asking how Cardano could fit into the enterprise world. His answer is ODATANO, which lets SAP developers work with Cardano through OData, a standard they already know, so much of the blockchain complexity disappears. He also recorded a short message, walking you through his journey from SAP into Cardano and how it led to the creation of ODATANO. Prediction: In the coming days, a series of ghost chains that nobody uses or even talks about anymore will announce fantastical upgrades to harden against AI breaking elliptic curves. They'll advertise how quickly they can do this. Never mind that most of these chains were grifts all along and are still controlled by 5 dudes (thus their ability to quickly upgrade) or that even with the most super duper cryptography they are about as secure as a lock consisting of a zip tie and bubble gum. It'll be like the DAT grift all over again, a BS narrative sold to unsuspecting marks to engineer a last spurt of exit liquidity.

Our .ada application is advancing to the next phase of the @ICANN Generic Top-Level Domain (gTLD) Program. If approved, the .ada domain would bring Cardano into the global internet address system, same as .com or .org. The application follows a Governance Action passed with ~75% support from the community.
