Prysm v.7.3.0 release is now live. This release schedules the Gloas fork on Hoodi at epoch 132352 (2026-10-26 17:42:48 UTC), with a 200M gas limit from the fork. Hoodi operators must update their beacon nodes and validator clients before then. This release also includes fixes that apply to mainnet. We recommend that mainnet operators update their beacon nodes to this release. You can find the v.7.3.0 release here: github.com/OffchainLabs/prys…

Release v7.2.1 is now live. This release focuses on Gloas builder configuration in the validator client. The release also adds the Sepolia GAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULE, so validators default to a 200M gas limit from the Sepolia Gloas fork (epoch 353024, October 6, 2026, 13:53:36 UTC). This needs no action. To use a different gas limit, set gas_limit in your proposer settings, set it through the keymanager API, or use --suggested-gas-limit. Partial data columns (cell-level PeerDAS dissemination) are on by default. --disable-partial-data-columns turns them off. --partial-data-columns is deprecated and has no effect. [PR]. Excited to have worked with @ethlabs_org, @sigp_io, and @Teku_Consensys to ship FCR for CCIP 2.0 With FCR, @Ethereum confirmations just got 30× faster
This was the first project I worked on after joining Ethlabs and I’m so excited to see it go live! We worked with @chainlink to roll out FCR — the Fast Confirmation Rule — to CCIP 2.0. Now, transfers and asset issuance originating from Ethereum can enjoy 30x faster confirmation, down from 14 minutes to 24 seconds. Once again we’ve cemented Ethereum special place as the best home for assets 🫡 Special shoutout to Lighthouse (@sigp_io) for being the first consensus client to ship FCR, and to @prylabs and @Teku_Consensys for working around the clock to ship FCR to meet Chainlink’s deadline. Together all three clients power the new CCIP. It’s beautiful when clients and the industry work together!

Release v7.2.0 is now live. This release schedules the Gloas fork on the Sepolia testnet at epoch 353024 (October 6, 2026, 13:53:36 UTC). Sepolia operators are required to update to v7.2.0 before the fork, and must also run an execution client that supports the corresponding Amsterdam fork on Sepolia. More on Sepolia gas limit: the Sepolia Gloas configuration published upstream on September 24 adds an EIP-8261 GAS_LIMIT_SCHEDULE entry that raises the network gas limit to 200M at the fork. That entry landed after this release was cut and is not included in v7.2.0, so validators on this release default to a 60M gas limit in their Gloas proposer preferences. Note that --suggested-gas-limit only applies to pre-Gloas mev-boost registrations and has no effect after the fork. A follow-up release will include the schedule. Release v7.1.4 is now live. This is a maintenance release with significant progress on the Gloas implementation alongside important production fixes and performance improvements. - Major memory savings: validator state size cut nearly in half, reducing mainnet RAM usage by ~300–450 MB. - Fixed CPU spikes caused by sync committee duty calculations. - Fixed newly activated validators missing their first attestation. - Fixed incorrect -monitor-indices reporting. - Fixed a crash related to pruned checkpoint blocks. Improved experimental state diff support (-enable-state-diff). Operators are encouraged to update at their convenience. You can find the v7.1.4 release here: github.com/OffchainLabs/prys…

Release v7.1.1 is now live. Includes fixed potential deadlock scenario in data column batch verification, improved processing and metrics for cells and proofs. We are aware of an issue where Prysm struggles to sync from an out of sync state. We will have another release before the end of the year to address this issue. Our postmortem document from the December 4th mainnet issue has been published on our documentation site. prysm.offchainlabs.com/docs/… You can find the v7.1.1 release here: github.com/OffchainLabs/prys…
