Think about what a technician faces on the job — dozens of device variants, each with different configurations. Complex SOPs. Edge cases that only a senior technician would recognise. When they're stuck, the options today are: call someone, check a manual, or guess. This gives them a copilot. Real-time. On-site. Trained on the exact knowledge they need in that moment.
