Bob Dylan started the RARW tour 5 years ago today. FIVE YEARS. A million shows later he’s still going strong with a whole new band, different songs and the best voice ever.

"Bob lurks at the back of the stage in a black hoodie looking like a drill rapper who’s learned to play electric piano. Or like the ghost of Vincent Price, his Halloween face lit from below, hiding in plain clothes from a gang of paparazzi that never arrives."
Last night in Luxembourg, Bob Dylan played the Love & Theft classic "High Water (For Charlie Patton)" for the first time since 2018! @gibsona07 of @thedylanreview reports in: flaggingdown.com/p/last-nigh…

As of a couple nights ago, Bob Dylan has now performed the Bo Diddley cover "I Can Tell" more times than "Tomorrow Is a Long Time"

To be honest with you, I think Honest With Me is a great choice for the top Dylan rock song of the century so far. It is punchy as hell and laced with that potent Love & Theft swagger. (I’d have went with Things Have Changed though probably).

Bob Dylan broke out the 'Time Out of Mind' classic “Not Dark Yet” for the first time in seven years...and it sounded nothing like the previous 191 live renditions of the song over the past three decades. Hear it now ⬇️ rollingstone.com/music/music…

This is the first time Bob Dylan has sung Not Dark Yet in his 80s and there’s something powerful that, instead of singing it as a mournful ballad, it’s uptempo and full of life
Funky new Not Dark Yet. Shortest version ever at around 4:20? piped.video/6uBhTS0gbLU?si=NSlv…

Happy anniversary to The Times They Are a-Changin', the truly cursed Bob Dylan Broadway musical that opened on this date in 2006 (and closed a couple weeks later). For "Like a Rolling Stone," they had the whole cast—wait for it—roll around on stones.

Put on Spirit on the Water in the car at pickup and my two year old goes “I scared of Bob Dylan.” Guess she’s not ready for Tempest.
