Here he comes for help, Uncle Jensen from NVIDIA Bank!
Jensen will have to step in soon and provide guarantees, financing, backstops, etc., to neoclouds. This may serve as a plaster, but a plaster won’t stop a deep wound from bleeding.

10 million student loan borrowers in default are getting wage garnishments after the midterms. Bessent also says massive deficit cuts are coming that will destroy the economy, banks, land lords, home values, stock market, and businesses. It’s the only way to fix the K Shaped economy outside of taxing high net worth individuals (which Democrats clearly failed to do when they had power). It’s happening after midterms. The administration is telling us it’s happening. We’re where we are because of Biden and Trump. Now comes the pain for everyone. Republicans and Democrats both know everything is about to collapse. Trump is just giving the final push to break it when Democrats take over the Senate and House. Push blame. Every one has their own right to blame the other party. They’re both at fault. We’ve reached the breaking point though and it happens to fall when Democrats will take the House and Senate. $COF $BAC $WFC $JPM bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

Keep in mind $SPCX had a notice issued today even on put buys that shorting was so so high in demand that borrowing fees could end up being applied on execution of put orders. SpaceX had good earnings. I like SpaceX. My kids hold SpaceX. The good earnings partially come from borrowing to lease compute. A Neo-cloud. The big final lockup period now ends. Anthropic $1.5 trillion valuation doesn’t mesh with a $2 trillion + SpaceX. There is major risk of Tesla buyout. This isn’t a “fear” post, but it is definitely a be careful post.

Bye bye banks, homes, and the stock market right after midterms. Bessent already warned that the administration planned to nuke the economy by fiscal tightening and gutting of programs after midterms, now is wage, benefit, and potential asset garnishment of 10 million people. $COF $WFC $BAC $JPM
BREAKING: The Trump administration is reportedly preparing to pursue wages and benefits of borrowers with defaulted federal student loans, per Forbes. The Education Department is working with the Treasury Department to hire private debt collection agencies. Borrowers in default may face administrative wage garnishment of up to 15 percent of their earnings without a court order.

$CRWV The questionable accounting has been there all along…. “…By ignoring $559 million in depreciation, $267 million in interest, and $145 million in stock-based comp. That’s nearly $1 billion in real costs erased from view — the same optical surgery Enron and WorldCom performed on their income statements….” - @1CoastalJournal
$CRWV Every AI related company with questionable accounting hoping @1CoastalJournal doesn’t come for them “…On a GAAP basis, CoreWeave LOST -$290.5 million in Q2. But with the stroke of an “adjusted EBITDA” wand, it suddenly became $753 million in profit with a 62% margin. How? By ignoring $559 million in depreciation, $267 million in interest, and $145 million in stock-based comp. That’s nearly $1 billion in real costs erased from view — the same optical surgery Enron and WorldCom performed on their income statements….” __________ The questions have swirled for a long time. 👇👇 Interesting the mainstream media is still too scared to poke the bear much. ________ June 2024 In this article there is no mention of #Nvidia's relationship with CoreWeave, or the billions CoreWeave got from Magnetar Capital, but it does talk about concerns over whether Nvidia's impressive stock run will prove too good to be true nitter.siddz.com/kshaughnessy2/status/1… _________
