Every decade produces a new hero. Tukaram Mundhe gives Hope for our country.
I met Tukaram Mundhe for the first time, and he was undoubtedly the hero of the evening. Everyone wanted to meet him. Why? Because he is doing what citizens expect from their civil servants. Taking on food adulteration, unsafe kitchens and powerful establishments. It is remarkable that an officer simply doing his job with honesty and conviction becomes a peopleโ€™s hero. But how badly does this reflect on the larger civil services, where such examples are so few?

A potential client offers your business a significant amount of revenue. On paper, it's an excellent opportunity. But the client expects constant availability, extensive customisation, and work beyond the original scope. The revenue looks attractive, but something about the engagement doesn't feel right. Turning it down means losing a valuable opportunity. Accepting it could affect your capacity, existing clients, and long-term priorities. What would you do? I have come to learn that choosing your Client well is an important responsibility. Every project we choose goes beyond just the revenue. It becomes part of our professional life. It makes a greater sense to check for whether an engagement has the potential to enrich the client, and the business together.

IBM asked 2,000 executives about 2030 79% of executives expect AI to contribute significantly to their revenue by 2030. Only 24% can clearly see where that revenue will come from Once again, the real story sits beneath the AI headline: we're counting on growth from a place we can't yet locate. At the same time, it's an honest picture of what reinvention looks like from the inside. Meanwhile, executives expect to keep increasing their AI investment, aimed at revenue they can't yet see. We need to pause. We need to think. We need to make sure we still understand what we're building before we build more of it. This is the reinvention challenge in its purest form. The question shifts from "how do we move faster?" to "how do we build the wisdom to move at the right speed?" Technology can't answer that question. People can. The world's most powerful technologists have told us something important. Without wisdom, speed becomes a liability. cc @sbkaufman @gurukul_hr

You enjoy being alone too much. Solitude isn't scary for you; it's where you recharge and think clearly.
8 SIGNS YOU'RE NOT NORMAL 1. You feel different everywhere โ€” Not lonely, just wired differently. Crowds drain you, silence fuels you. 2. You question everything โ€” Rules, trends, opinions... nothing gets a free pass in your mind. 3. You enjoy being alone too much โ€” Solitude isn't scary for you; it's where you recharge and think clearly. 4. Small talk feels exhausting โ€” You crave depth, meaning, and real conversationsโ€”not noise. 5. You notice details others miss โ€” Tone changes, body language, patternsโ€”your mind is always observing. 6. You don't fit one label โ€” You're calm but intense, kind but firm, logical yet emotional. 7. You feel misunderstood often โ€” Not because you're wrongโ€”because most people think shallow. 8. You don't want an average life โ€” "Normal" feels like a cage, and you refuse to live inside it.

Choose People who Choose You . Period.
I wonder how many neurodivergent people have experienced this: you genuinely believe someone is your best friend, meanwhile, they see you as little more than a friendly acquaintance.

Be friendly at work, but move like the office has hidden cameras and everybodyโ€™s mic is on.

I highly recommend retiring from the role of everyone's problem solver.

Well-intentioned people assume everyone is like themselves. They think those who make mistakes do so unintentionally or unknowingly, and they forgive them. There are people in the world with a devilish nature, plain and simply evil. They do things deliberately, willingly, and with planning. Unbounded good intentions and tolerance are foolishness.
Never stop being a good person, just change yourself to whom you're going to be good.
