My FFXI bots keep track of "wishes" whenever they reason out what they want to do but can't do it or their "body" doesn't do what they want.
Basically prayers.

I'm coming up on 2B jev tokens for my FFXI bots, and am now blowing through Fable credits before my reset today to rewrite their minds and bodies based on MBs of behavioral log data.
Hopefully they wake up with more agency than before.
